起動に問題　エラーでシャットダウン

最新のAi2020にアップデートしてから、aiを起動するのが大変になりました。アプリ起動するたびにシャットダウンして使用できるようになるまで２度ほどアプリの起動を繰り返します。皆様の中にも同じ問題を抱えている人がいますでしょうか？解決策を探っていきたいです。

当方の複数環境（Windows 10・台）ではそういうことは特に起きていません。

アップデートしたということですと、デフォルトで環境設定を引き継ぐので、それで問題が起きている気がします。

一度リセットしてみてください。

Hi there,

So sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator. If I get it correctly, Illustrator freezes after you launch it and you have to relaunch it multiple times to make it work. That's definitely not normal. Let us make this right for you. I would request that if you can share a few more details like:

Operating system you are working on?
Does it gives any error message and crash report?
When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates or web extensions installed recently.

It happend when launch up illustrator. once or twice down.

yes, it gives me a some message and report. I shoud write there.

It happend since update to Catalina OS .

I will write on report when I got same error.
