Adobe illustrator 公式の『初心者向けillustratorの基本』に登場する骸骨のイラストについて

Adobe illustrator 公式の『初心者向けillustratorの基本』に登場する骸骨のイラストについて、あごの部分を作成しようとしたのですが、図形ツールやペンツール、曲線ツールで作成しましたが、塗りつぶすと反転して均等に塗りつぶせなかったですし、形もいびつな状態です。すでに作成された方で、参考になるようなことがあれば、お願い致します。
