Illustrator CC 2017 - can not be used

Hi Kouhsin,

Thanks for the detailed video. After watching it, if I get the issue correctly, you are not able to open a file in Illustrator after you launch the app from any folder? Where are the files saved?  I mean where are they located, locally on the machine or on a network drive? Are you able to open a file by clicking on the File> Open menu in Illustrator?
