Illustrator CC 2019 ショートカットが効かない

数日前まではできていたのですが、個別に変形（Alt+Shift+Ctrl+D）のショートカットが効かなくなりました。

PC（windows10）を再起動しても、イラレのバージョンを変えても駄目でした。

既存のショートカットの割り当てを一度消去して同じショートカットを登録しなおそうとしましたが、何故かAlt+Shift+Ctrl+Dのキーを押しても反映されません。

（Shift+Ctrl+D、Alt+Ctrl+Dの組み合わせであれば登録できました）

こちらはバグか何かなのでしょうか？ご存じの方いらっしゃいましたらお聞きしたいです。

    Hi, have you tried to reset Adobe Illustrator preferences? To do this, you have to press and hold Alt+Control+Shift as you start Illustrator. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.
