As Ashutosh mentioned above, we are able to reproduce this issue at our end and our Product team is already working on this. It is happening only when you close the document using the red light button on the app frame. As a workaround, you can try closing the document using a shortcut or close using the cross button on the Document Tab.
Also, I would suggest if you can take a moment and share this on our UserVoice page and share the link here so that others can also upvote this issue. This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
