我下載 LightRoom, 可以成功安裝, 但是開啟程式後,  雖然有看到介面, 但是, 就定住不動了, 滑鼠也無法操作.

是哪邊出了問題嗎?

    Thanks for providing the info.

    I'd recommend that you disable the use of GPU in Lightroom. Refer this article and check out the steps mentioned to get to the Preferences to disable GPU in Lightroom: Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ ​

    Hi catherinec,

    Sorry that the Lightroom is not responding after you launch it. Which version of Lightroom are you using? Also, we'd need some more details like your computer's operating system, system configuration etc. Please refer this article https://adobe.com/go/forumask ​and provide us some more info so that we can help better.

    Hi Akash,

    I am using trial version. Here is my system configuration information:

    Win 10 64 bits

    8192MB RAM

    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU

    Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
