Lightroomクラシックとキャノン５Dの検出がされません。どうすれば良いですか？

Question

つい先日までテザー撮影ができていたのですが、急にカメラが検出されなくなってしまいました。カメラのホームウェアもLightroom classicも最新のものにアップデートしているのですが検出されません。何か原因があるのでしょうか？？ちなみに使用しているカメラはキャノン５D mark２です。ハードウェアの方に問題は無いので、何かソフトウェアに問題があるのでしょうか？？

We are sorry about the experience with Lightroom Classic while trying to shoot with your Canon camera in tethered mode.

Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom Classic, then System info and share the information with us here. If you are working on a Mac running macOS Catalina, please check the discussion here: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/problem-tethered-lightroom-catalina-canon-december-2019
