お世話になります。

Premiere Pro CC 2018でMP4 Video File（VLC）(.mp4）を読み込もうとすると、A low level exception occurred in: ImporterMPEG (Importer:37)と出て、オーディオしか読み込めません。

ビデオも読み込んで編集がしたいのですが、対処法を教えていただきたいです。よろしくお願い致します。

また、PCが必要システム構成を満足しているか確認も行ってみてください。

さらに、素性の異なる.mp4ファイルで試してみるのも良いかなと思います。例えば、エラーの出ないファイルを読み込んでタイムラインを.mp4ファイル形式で出力してそのファイルを読み込んでみるとか。
