osをwindows10で利用しているのですが、

編集→キーボードショートカットキーを押しても、反応がありません。

解決策がわかる方、お返事お待ちしております。

何らかの理由でPremiere Proの動作がおかしくなってしまっている可能性があるので、下記リンク先の手順をお試しいただくといかがでしょうか。
