Premiere Pro CC 2018でファイルを開いた途端クラッシュします。

Premiere Pro CC 2018で昨日まで編集をしていた動画のファイルを開いて

シーケンスやプロジェクトが表示されてすぐにクラッシュしてしまい作業ができません。

どうすれば解決できるのでしょうか？

Hopefully re-setting preferences will help.

Have Premiere closed and hold down Shift/Command/Option on the Macintosh or Shift/Control/Alt on Windows and click on Premiere, keep holding keys until the application starts to open.
