업로드 해주신 이미지 파일을 확인하였을 때,

DRM (문서 보안) 프로그램이 Acrobat 실행을 제한하고 있는 것 같습니다.

백그라운드 프로세스를 확인하셔서, 사용 중인

문서 보안 프로그램을 종료하거나 허용 목록에서 Acrobat을 등록해주셔야 할 것 같아요!

*DRM 이란? 

DRM은 Digital Rights Management 의 약자로 디지털 콘텐츠를 안전하게 보호할 목적으로 암호화 기술을 이용하여 허가되지 않은 사용자로부터 콘텐츠 저작권 관련 당사자의 권리 및 이익을 지속적으로 보호 및 관리하는 시스템입니다.

I recently formatted my PC.

After formatting and updating, the current Windows version is Win11 22H2.

Acrobat was installed, but It doesn't run.

Please look at the screenshot.

What can I do?
