Acrobat에서 암호화된 PDF파일을 열기에서 FileOpen오류가 나타남.

암호화 된 정상적인 PDF파일 구매하였습니다. 
Acrobat에서 이 암호화된 PDF파일을 열기 위해 FileOpenInstaller.exe를 설치하였습니다만, FileOpen오류가 다음과 같이 나타나고 있습니다. ""과 FileOpen오류가 다음과 같이 나타나고 있습니다. 
"There was an error contacting the server or the server's response could not be decoded. Please check your Internet connection. lf this error persists please contact the publisher and present the text of this message."
Acrobat와 FileOpenInstaller.exe을 재 설치하여도 동일한 오류가 나타납니다.
해결방법을 알려주실 수  있나요?
