AI not working in Acrobat

Question

I just added the Generative AI extra to Acrobat Pro, but am only getting errors when I click the button to generate a summary which is the reason I bought it. The document is 76 pages long. Any ideas? I just bought this and it's doing nothing. Thanks! I've added the doc for help.

When I tested it with the attached pdf file, I experienced the same error.
However, the page was cut into 12 pages and operated normally when the Ai assisdent was activated.

I think it's because the structure of the PDF file is complicated. Please delete the attached materials such as diagrams and pictures and test them.

Service API errors.

PDF disqualification: The server performs checks to disqualify certain PDF files, which result in a failed response.
Excessive usage error: If you've used the generative AI features excessively within a short period, the service may return an error.
Content extraction failure: It occurs when the structure of the PDF can’t be detected or when content extraction fails. Malformed PDFs or rendering failures can be the reason behind the failure.
