How to remove thumbnail(?)

Hello, I am working at a laboratory.

Also, I used to read research papers and manuals zooming in or out.

However, whenever I do that thumbnail making me annoyed always pops up.

Could you tell me how to set that the thumbnail doesn't pop up no more?
