Problem with Acrobat DC

네 ~  도와주세요 여운으로되어서 이해하기가 조금 힘이들어요 

저는현재 어도비어크로밧 DC를 사용하는

구독자이며 로그인에 문제가생겨서 며칠전에모두삭제한후에 재설치 하려고하였으나

자꾸 차단이됩니다 어떻게 해야할까요 

그리고 혹시 제가 답변이 늦을수도있습니다 미리 양해해주시기 바랍니다.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to use the Acrobat DC as it keeps blocking you.

     

    What happens when you try to login to the application, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

     

    Are you getting the sign-in prompt quite often? If yes please check out the suggestions provided in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/acrobat-keeps-asking-to-sign-in/m-p/11525698 and see if that works for you.
