운영체제 window10 ko인데 안내에 따라 "RegistryKey_CommonFileDirValue.reg" 파일을 내려 받아 실행한 후에도 여전히 설치가 되지 않습니다.

실험판을 통한 테스트 후 구입하고 싶습니다. 적절한 도움을 기대합니다

    As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to install Acrobat, is that correct?

    Could you try troubleshooting steps given in the following KB doc and check if that helps:
