How to learn beginner tutorial

As a beginner in After Effects, I found Ian Robinson's tutorials particularly engaging because they are video-centric, making it easier for novices like myself to follow along and stay interested. His approach, focusing on key values and commands, is very effective for beginners.

However, other presenters tend to rely heavily on images and text, explaining concepts from an expert's perspective, which is not helpful for beginners. For a tutorial to be truly beginner-friendly, it should be tailored to the novice's level of understanding.
