installing previous version

I am using after effects 2021 and tried to install previous version from adobe cloud app.  But it keeps saying that the installed after effects will be deleted. I don't want 2021 version to be erased because of the downloaded plug-ins. 

Is there any way to install after effects 2019, without deleting 2021?
