Adobe Capture not opening when exporting from Fresco to Capture Pattern

I have always been able to export to Capture pattern. 

NOw when I try nothing happens. I chatted with an Adobe tech yesterday and they said Capture is no longer supported by Adobe?

      현재 어도비 캡쳐는 데스크톱에서 지원을 하지않고

      모바일 또는 태블릿에서만 지원을 하는것으로 확인이 되고 있습니다. 

      데스크톱에서 이용하고 계신다면 캡쳐작동이 되지않을것입니다.

      현재 어도비 캡쳐는 데스크톱에서 지원을 하지않고

      모바일 또는 태블릿에서만 지원을 하는것으로 확인이 되고 있습니다. 

      데스크톱에서 이용하고 계신다면 캡쳐작동이 되지않을것입니다.
