인디자인 새로운 버젼인 2025vers에서 컬러 프리셋이 사라지는 현상이 있습니다.

인디자인의 새로운 버젼인 2025vers에서 문제가 발견되었습니다.

PDF출력상에 컬러 프리셋이 사라지는 것은 환경입니다.

2024ver에는 결합된 컬러셋이 2025ver에는 첨부 파일과 동일한 컬러 프리셋이 사라지는 현상이 있습니다. 다른 커뮤니티에서도 이 문제로 글이 괜찮아요 컬러셋이 2025vers에서 불러오지 못하는 것 같습니다. 컴퓨터를 OS부터 새로 설치하고 CC를 설치해도 괜찮습니다. 인디자인 2025vers의 출력인 것 같습니다.

 

그리고 컴퓨터 OS부터 새로 설치하고 CC를 설치하면 ocx00000142 오류가 발생합니다.

OS를 여러버젼으로 분리아 보고 프로그램을 CC만 단일로만 사용하도록  ocx00000142 오류가 발생합니다. 처음에는 다른 문제 프로그램의 문제가 컴퓨터 부품의 인줄 알고 컴퓨터 2대에 모두 새로 설치해서 OS클린 설치되어 있는 상태에서 동작하면 다른 프로그램을 표시하는 문제가 없습니다 일이 이번 CC를 어도비 다운로드에서 받아들이면 작동이 발생합니다 하기 시작합니다.

Thanks for reaching out! Could you share the following details to help us investigate further:

  1. Color Preset Issue:

    • Are you using InDesign 2025 version 20.0.1? This issue was identified as a bug in 2025.
    • Which OS version are you using?
    • Is the issue specific to one file or all files?
    • Is it intermittent or consistent?
    • Could you share a screen recording showing the difference between the PDF and the InDesign file?

  2. Error Code 0xc0000142:

    • Does this error occur only in InDesign 2025?
    • At what screen do you encounter this error? Is it during launch, preventing the app from opening?
    • Can you try launching InDesign in safe mode and let us know if the issue persists?

windows11 23H2, 24H2 두 버전에서 동일하게 테스트해봤습니다.
23H2, 24H2에서 동일하게 인디자인에서 컬러프리셋이 사라지는 현상이 나타났습니다.
깨끗한 OS에서 Adobe CC를 설치하였고 2025버전(인디자인 20.0.1)은 동일한 현상이 나타났습니다. Windows에서는
똑같은 버그가 나타나는걸 봤습니다.

그리고 ocx00000142 error는 windows에서 sfc/scannow를 실행시 재부팅할때 나타나지 않다가 Adobe cc를
실행하면 error 메세지가 나옵니다. Windows11 23H2, 24H2에서 동일하게 나타났고 깨끗한 윈도우에 Adobe CC만
깔고 Adobe 프로그램만 실행하면 ocx00000142 error가 나타납니다. 인텔 프로세서에서는 확인을 못했고 AMD 5600X
5800X / Nvida 1660 Super에서 확인한 결과입니다.

2024ver에는 있던 컬러셋이 2025ver에는 첨부파일과 같이 컬러 프리셋이 사라지는 현상이 있습니다. 다른 커뮤니티에서도 이문제로 글이 올라오던데 컬러셋이 2025vers에서 불러오지 못하는것 같습니다. 컴퓨터를 OS부터 새로 설치하고 CC를 깨끗하게 설치해도 다 사라집니다. 인디자인 2025vers의 에러인것 같습니다.

 

그리고 컴퓨터를 OS부터 새로 설치하고 CC를 설치하면  윈도우 ocx00000142 error가 발생합니다.

OS를 여러버젼으로 깔아보고 프로그램을 CC만 단일로만 설치해도 윈도우 ocx00000142 errorr가 계속납니다. 처음에는 다른 프로그램의 문제이거나 컴퓨터 부품의 문제인줄알고 컴퓨터 2대에 모든 새로설치해서 OS클린설치된 상태에서 조치를 했는데 다른 프로그램을 설치할때는 문제없던 일이 이번 CC를 어도비 다운로드에서 받아 설치하면 에러가 발생하기 시작합니다.

Thanks for the detailed update! To address both concerns:  

1. Color Preset Issue:
Could you provide a screen recording of your workflow? Specifically:  
- Steps to create, save, and export color presets in InDesign 2025 (20.0.1).  
- Highlighting the discrepancy between the InDesign file and the PDF output.  

Few Suggestions that we wouls like to confirm:
- Navigate to Edit > Color Settings, select the desired color profile (e.g., Adobe RGB 1998 or CMYK profile), and save the settings.  
- Check the color presets under Window > Swatches to ensure they are saved properly.  
- Use File > Package to confirm that all links and profiles are embedded.  
- When exporting to PDF:  
  - Go to File > Export, select Adobe PDF (Print).  
  - Under Output, ensure the Color Conversion is set to No Conversion and the Profile Inclusion Policy is correct.  
  - Use Compatibility: PDF/X-4 to preserve color settings during export.  

 

2. Error Code 0xc0000142:  
Please share a screen recording showing the error from app launch to failure.  

Also,
- Run DISM (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth) to repair Windows image files.  
- Ensure no conflicting background utilities like Ryzen Master are running and try launching InDesign.

인디자인의 새로운 버젼 2025에서 컬러프리셋이 사라집니다. 

2024버젼에서는 PDF만들기에서 분명히 있던 컬러프리셋들이 2025버젼에 업그레이드를 하던 새로 설치를 하던 둘다 사라지는 현상을 나타냅니다. 사용해야하는데 없어져서 당황스럽기도 하구요.

어떤게 해야 전 버젼처럼 프리셋을 사용할수 있나요?

 

그리고 이번 2025를 컴퓨터에 설치하면 ocx00000142 윈도우 에러를 냅니다.

CC를 사용하면 계속 이 에러메세지를 냅니다.

현재 시스템: AMD 5800X / ASUS TUF B550 / RAM 32G / Windows 11 23H2, 24H2 둘다에 테스트하였음
