Is the MF of the mobile lightroom shooting actually the lens mechanically adjusting the focus?

I have two questions while using the mobile light room.

One is whether the MF adjustment function blurs through CPU calculation like the mobile phone manufacturer's basic app, or whether the aperture of the actual lens moves.

The other is whether the manufacturer's candidate selection process goes into the photographing result or is omitted and filmed as it is in the original. It's better not to include the candidate selection.
