lightroom 6.0 install problem and download fail

I have the lightroom 6.0 installer.
When I try to install the program, it doesn't proceed after the login authentication.
So I tried to download the installer again from adobe.com, but I couldn't download it.

I checked the following on the homepage.
Starting with 12/31/2023, Adobe has ended download support for Lightroom 6. This means that you'll not be able to download Lightroom version 6.14.

I want to know if there is a way to reinstall or use lightroom 6.14.
