I lost lightroom can't get it back

After a system recovery I instaled LR, connected to drive and only half showed up with as few years missing. . I cannot get them back. This pc is only 3 months old, I had no trouble transfering then, but now its all messed up and adobe no longer offers help. 

Should I unistall LR and try again? Do I have to start all over, import 15 years worth of photos and no edits? This was really costly, all bevause older adobe products wont work on w11. It crashed my pc twice now, conflicting drivers and lost everything. I need adobe to help but now I am just out of 15 years of work.
