어도비스톡 환불 관련

어도비스톡 한달 무료를 사용했다가 월정액이 자동결제 되었습니다.

14일 이내에 취소하면 전액환불이 가능하다고 들어 바로 플랜 취소를 했는데 결제금액이 언제 반환되는 건지 궁금합니다.
