I only used sharp drop shadows (no opacity below 100%, no blur). No Gaussian Blur anywhere else too. So how do I convert it?

Maybe it's because I use drop shadows and Gaussian blurs in the SVG?

I created an SVG with AI CC 2018, but when I want to upload it to various T-Shirt printing service websites, it always states something like "invalid file format". An vector graphic created in AI CC 2017 works just fine with these websites... They both are displayed correctly in all programs and apps that I have which can display SVGs. I checked the SVG version, it's both times 1.1. In the 2nd graphic created with AI 2018 I have multiple groups but that shouldn't be the issue, should it? Why is that and how to solve it?
