Good day Adobe  I know this is an old thread but I also now all of a sudden (last 3 weeks) get a conversion failure. On every single document and it is not large files.  I even try to convert a document that I have previously converted and it also gives me conversion failure.  I've tried it om mobile but there it does not allow me as it takes me to the software page where I must buy . I have recently installed lightroom classic cc and when I put my sd card in the laptop reader, and when I want to import the photos, it says " no photos found" under the drive where the sd card is.
