Hello, I'm new to editing and I'm wondering can I edit an already existing video I import into Adobe? I would like to polish up a short film I wrote that someone else already edited for me. For example I would like to change title ( super) on one scene. I would like to slow down a moment in another scene. And I would like to add more titles in one scene. I tried to do the other day but couldn't. I imported the short film and I could add things to it but I couldn't cut anything out of it, like the things I listed above. So I'm coming to all of you to see if it's possible to change scenes from an already edited film. I would hate to restart the editing process all over again because I can't receive any more changes from the editor. Thanks
