# IssueWhen I try to open a production, only Premiere will open but not the production. I’m an Assistant Editor and am needing to un-nest nested video and audio sequences in order to export an EDL to our archival producer reporting which archival clips are being used in our cut, and what the Source TC In/Out of those clips are.Is there an extension that quickly un-nests nested audio & video sequences (the audio ones are usually ringouts). I don’t need to carry over any effects, resizes/repositions, etc.; I just need to have the assets within the nested sequences in the sequence so they will show up in the EDL.

Frame.io v4 panel opens and I when I select “Get Started” to login into my Frame.io account. It just gets stuck at “Authenticating... Please continue in browser”. It would normally open up my broswer to authenicate, but it is not doing that now. It was working like normal in Premiere 2025 or the previous version. Is anyone else having this problem and is there a solution to this?

We are aware that customers who saved projects in Premiere v25.6.0 may find that those files now open only in v26 (beta) and cannot be opened in v25 versions. We know this is disruptive, and we’re working on a fix.    What you need to know:  Projects saved in v25.6.0 save in the v26 version format.  Because of this, they can’t be opened in earlier versions, including v25.6.1 (even though it is the current generally available release)  We’re developing a tool that will let you convert affected projects back to a v25-compatible file.     Our Solution  We’re building a small app that will convert a v25.6.0-saved project back to the v25 format. We’ll share more information, including availability and instructions, as soon as the tool is ready in the coming days.     We know that there is nothing more important than the reliability of a project file, so we’re working with urgency to get this downgrade tool in your hands

Im having 4 issues with the transform effec in Premiere Pro 2026 (Check video for visuals) Issue no.1 :  when using zoom in and then out , the zooming out is bugged and will always zoom out differently from 2024 (same presets are imported to 2026)Issue no.2 :Using 2 transform preset ( zoom in + zoom in ) will always resault in the 2nd zoom to be misaligned from the 1st zoom in Issue no.3: Changing the scale value will reset the keyframe to liner Issue no.4:When selecting all keyframs(ctrl + A) tryign to move all keyframes doesnt workadobe version : 26.0.0 (build 72)system : windows 11 proCPU: AMD R9 995xGPU: Nvidia RTX 5070 ti Driver: Studio 591.74

After switching to the latest version of adobe premiere pro, I started facing this issue.Whenever I am trying to launch Adobe premiere pro, the welcome screen appears followed by an error Pop showing the below error.Tried everything to resolve this issue but all turned out to be useless...If anyone knows solutions to this error please share ASAP.Below are the solutions I have tried, that didn't worked for me.1) Uninstalling premiere and installing a lower version then upgrading to the latest one.2) Resetting the preference while launching the app by pressing Shift key on keyboard.3) Unstalling and installing premiere followed by a restart of my PC.Other adobe applications are working fine for me, it's just premiere is causing trouble.Here are my system config:Premiere Pro version 25.0Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHzRAM: 16 GBWindows Edition: Windows 11 Pro 64 BitVersion 23H2Graphics: Intel UHD 1 GB.Thank you in advance.

I have dozens of text items that I would like to reposition with one command rather than moving each individually. Is that possible? Using the Master Style tool I can adjust their color and fontof all text items simultaneously, but somehow Master Style does not include any text alignment parameters. Intuitively, you would expect that you could select all text items and then just go to the Effects panel to transform them as you'd do for a single text item. Sadly, that feature isn't implemented. These text items are burned-in Closed Captions that I created manually because the editing of built-in Closed Captions is a mess, but now I'm seeing that the text tool might be limited too. I’m not having the wonderful experience with the new color management i expect. I thought it was a feature of my Intel MacBook Pro and its GPU but it seems others are having this problem. If I apply a Lumetri creative LUT and i’m in an Aces color space timeline I get a weird solarised effect. This happens if I select Aces or Rec 709 in the color space box. So i’m assuming the LUTs are not designed for Aces color space. So is there a work around for this ? There should be a way to block or grey out the Rec 709 LUTs so they cant be used if that’s the reason.Or can the LUT be applied on export to Rec709 ? Is there a plan to tackle this problem in a future release ?Thanks Jonathan

Hi!as title says: In Premiere Pro (not beta) comments made by client are not shown with time code. Instead you see many NaN:NaN:NaN:NaNWhen I want to see Sesame Street I will join my kids. But in Premiere I need the time code! This is the base reason why I use (and now even pay for 4K) frame.io.And: Premiere Pro BETA works!!! Just normal Premiere doesnt work. Should this not be the other way around? How can I fix this?Thanks in advance!

Premiere 2026 is freezing each time I make changes: an effect, the size, add text - everything! The Play button is freezing too. The changes are not visible after rendering. And not I'm not able to use an earlier version to finish the project.

If i do a clean install of Windows 11 24H2 i cannot playback mp4 files with 5.1 audio. Microsoft writes "Beginning with Windows 11, version 24H2, the AC-3 codec is no longer included with Windows." and no solution is available such as "Buy the AC3 codec in MS Store now!!".   To reporduce: 1. Do a clean install of Windows 11 2. Install Premiere Pro 3. Import a mp4 file with 5.1 audio.   Result: The file will be imported as video-only.   Expected result: That the file imports as Video/Audio and that i can playback the file and hear the 5.1 audio.   Additional info: If you have upgraded from a prior version of Windows 11 to 24H2 the AC3 codec is included, so doing a clean install of Win 11 24H2 is vital to reproduce this.   I have a HP Z4 G5 workstation and none of the audio drivers for this machine do contain any AC3 codec that Premiere Pro can use.   Any solution from Adobe?   Microsoft document: Codecs in Media Player - Microsoft Support

Hi, everyone, I am an occasional user, so I hope it's just a blunder on my end, but I can't seem to find a solution online for this. I am stabilizing a video footage by using the warp stabilizer. It works (i.e., I can see the footage stops shaking in the preview window) but when I go to File->Export Media; it does not export the effect. It will produce an exported video file, but the footage will be the shaky original. Why?!? All I'm doing is:Creating a new project, draging the video to the timeline, applying warp stabilizer (waiting for it to complete processing), and then trying to export. Do I have to apply the changes or something like that? The tutorials in the web do not seem to do that! Thanks in advance! 

Hi!I m an Apple Laptop user and am already forced to loose the camera notch bar space when being in full screen mode of my actual screen as MacOS blacks out the whole Notch line, even though the notch is at a place where no crucial informations are placed = easy to tolerate. But no. Not possible. (?) And being added to that - in Premiere, there is this huge Home bar on top which additionally kills so much space which I dont use while editing. Means with those two conditions I m loosing around 15% of my Laptop screen hight already for nothing. I cant find any solution to switch it off or make it narrowed. And this question is already up for years. So, is there finally a solution??? 🙏 🙏🏼 🙏🏻 🙏🏿

Anyone else seeing consistent crashing of Premiere 2026? I have the latest update as of February 4th, flushed cache multiple times, re-installed, restarted computer, etc. But certain elements such as:Scrubbing the Timeline Adding Effects Adding CAPTIONS (of all things)Freezes the program and requires a forced quit. Attached is where the captions usually sit and fail before the crash occurs.I’ll likely downgrade to Premiere Pro 2025 if not addressed soon - but checking to ensure I’m not the only one and I need to look at my own stuff? Currently on Macbook Pro 14” with M2 MAX. 

I have Premiere set to save the cache in my D drive. I’ve had this set this way for some time and never had an issue since I did it.Today, the program keeps saving on my C drive, in the public folder for some unknown reason, even though it’s still set to put those files in my D drive in a set cache folder.
