Using the Community

I need to cancel my Illustrator subscription, but the plan doesn’t appear in my enterprise account. I also can’t access the Admin Console or live chat to share the error. I’m in Saudi Arabia and was told to contact Customer Support for cancellation.

I login, sometimes I remain logged in for a while, sometimes only for a moment. I login again, I get a code from Adobe, but I’m not asked to provide it and the login is successful. Totally random as to how long I remain logged in.

Recently, the Canvas Size dialog in photoshop looks different: smaller, uglier, and defaults to pixels no matter what my units are set to. Why?

Used to be able to filter the Illustrator community by topic. (Scripting in my instance) Is this still possible with the new community layout? Would love to be able to sort Illustrator community posts by latest activity first and then filter the posts by scripting only. Hopefully this is still possible.

As Aforementioned, I have a product that was a one time purchase and should have access to all features. However, these features are now requiring me to upgrade when I should not be required to. It was just working for me last month.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to request the cancellation and refund of my Adobe subscription. I never used the service and did not receive any email notifications regarding the trial period or its expiration. I only became aware of the charge when I received my credit card bill transaction.Please I do not have enough money to pay my house rent because you somehow miraculously charged me RM134.37 for a subscription plan that I never used and already cancelled months ago.  Please process the cancellation and refund at your earliest convenience. Adobe Account Access app error. I recently purchased a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and never used the Adobe Account Access app on this phone before. I tried signing in over a period of two days. I’ve spent countless hours trying to sign in to the Adobe Account Access app. I contacted support she suggested I sign into my account using an Incognito browser. I don’t think she understood I can sign in to my Adobe account. I can’t however sign in to the Adobe Account Access app on my Android 16 smartphone. It won’t accept the password. It won’t accept the code I recieved via SMS. It won’t accept the code sent to my email address. I’ll attach a screenshot of exactly what the error message looks like. If anybody knows what is going on or has a fix to this please hit me back. Thank you, PS: My phone won’t let me take a screenshot of “Sorry something went wrong. I spent over 20 minutes editing a reply, and after clicking Send, I got the error message “Something’s gone wrong”, and all of the reply text has disappeared.  Thank you for respecting my time.    This problem is easy to reproduce.  Create a new reply and copy/paste the text from the attached file “buggy.txt” into the reply, then click Send.  Adding a space before the open parentheses avoids the problem.  Shame on the developers. The old Khoros platform saved your edits every few seconds and would recover them in situations like this.

Could anyone tell me of any books available regarding actual printing with the HP Deskjet 2810e?

I find it very difficult to find a book with all the answers for Photoshop 2026. What I am looking for is a book without too much technical advice, but simple things like basic editing and, probably more important to me, how to get the correctly printed photo. Does anyone know if such a book exists?   

When trying to print an image from the gallery, I believe I have set the correct criteria to print a portrait A4 colour, the print tag is pressed but the A4 sheet that comes out of my printer but only the top half, or so, is actually printed. The bottom half of the sheet is not used. Can anyone advise?

I have a gazillion extra preset copies in my essential sounds panel. I haven’t the foggiest idea how they got there. I can delete them one by one, but it would literally take me the whole day.  How can I resolve this on the finder level?

I signed up for a free trial for the Creative Cloud Pro plan (annual, paid monthly). I forgot to cancel my free trial so I just got charged $67.99. Now I want to change my plan into something cheaper but I couldn’t find any option for that, I can only cancel the plan but that will cost >$300. Please help me out. I really cannot afford this, I need a cheaper plan or change into a cancellable plan. Thank you

I'm working in photo album designing, some times unwanted checked boxes with rainbow colours appearing and now it is duplicating a text and spreading everywhere in the document. It is wasting my effort and time.

I need to create individual PDF 'Certificates of Attendance' for every person who attended an event. Each needs to bear the name of the person.  I then need to email each person their own certificate. I was hoping there was a merge function that would allow me to create the personalised certificates and then send the certificate to each person in one (or two) actions. Is this possible?
