Term & Condition to use forum

My use of forum was banned on May 2026. Ban was removed in Oct 2026. That mean after 6 month ban was removed. Now it works fine. I wish to know the specific reason for ban on usage of forum. I had a chat with adobe they gave me term & condition but I am unable to find specific reason. You people may have experience with this. What was the reason it could be? 

You see if I know the specific reason only I can avoid doing same mistake again.
