If I try to enter “<colon>” in a post’s title, I get a silly error message, “The title contains HTML tags”.  I guess the forum coders don’t understand how to escape text with special characters to produce valid HTML.    

It’s impossible to enter the text “XMP” followed by a colon. When I try to type the text shown in this screenshot:the forum converts it into “XMP.” (“XMP” followed by a period).  Copy and paste doesn’t work around it.  But you can enter it into a Code box:XMP:AlreadyApplied In the Lightroom and Camera Raw forums, it’s relatively common to discuss metadata issues, and XMP<colon> is a frequent prefix for important metadata fields. A little experimentation shows that typing “P” followed by colon always results in “P.” What is so offensive about P<colon>???  Did high schoolers code the forum platform?

isnt generating any images. takes like 20 minutes to think and then sends oops there was a mistake. 

OK, it seems like this is a known bug but I found a couple data points, some of which might be new.The Problem: In AE 26.0, while rendering from a Synology NAS to a Synology NAS (with AE project on same NAS), during rendering, the Synology volume will be passively unmounted. It can be re-mounted without problem, but when unmounted the render fails because it can’t find the source files. Basically, in short order after starting render (w/in first 5 min or so), AE or the OS is kicking the Synology off on that computer. The Synology continues running, it just got unmounted locally.A couple of useful details: if I disable Multi-frame rendering, the project will render successfully. This has been documented elsewhere.HOWEVER, since I’m the weirdo with 7 various computers, I can report where it is and is NOT happening, and this isn’t happening on my Windows 10 based system, nor is it happening on my 2020 10 core iMac running 14.8.4It IS happening on my Macs running 15.7.4 on both a 2018 Mac

I login, sometimes I remain logged in for a while, sometimes only for a moment. I login again, I get a code from Adobe, but I’m not asked to provide it and the login is successful. Totally random as to how long I remain logged in.

Lightroom has always worked perfectly for me and suddenly its crashing constantly, often immediately from opening. No other software has a similar issue, eg photoshop or any other high tariff software. I have the highest spec macbook pro so dont believe its RAM etc. I have updated my macbook software, updated lightroom, uninstalled and re-installed all with no avail other than perhaps a temporary improvement

Within the last hour or so, header links to Notifications, Avatar, and Create Post button have gone missing.  I was only able to create THIS post by narrowing my viewport & clicking the PLUS (+) sign that appears in the screen’s lower right corner.  Desktop Firefox, ver 148.02Win11 ver. 25H2 Anyone else missing header links?

I spent over 20 minutes editing a reply, and after clicking Send, I got the error message “Something’s gone wrong”, and all of the reply text has disappeared.  Thank you for respecting my time.    This problem is easy to reproduce.  Create a new reply and copy/paste the text from the attached file “buggy.txt” into the reply, then click Send.  Adding a space before the open parentheses avoids the problem.  Shame on the developers. The old Khoros platform saved your edits every few seconds and would recover them in situations like this.

I'm working in photo album designing, some times unwanted checked boxes with rainbow colours appearing and now it is duplicating a text and spreading everywhere in the document. It is wasting my effort and time.

​@Sumeet Kumar Choubey, the Premiere Mobile forum doesn’t have a Create Post button. Tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Mac OS 26.2.  

When I open the FrameMaker community on my mobile phone, I get a dialog to switch the language from English to German. However, there is only half of this large dialog visible, and I cannot cancel it.My mobile phone language is German. I want to use the forum in English, but cannot cancel this dialog. The buttons are outside of my mobile phone screen.

File security permissions inheritance (NTFS ACL) is broken when Acrobat overwrites files with Protected Mode enabled.When Acrobat overwrites a file in Protected Mode, the resulting PDF inherits the ACL of the sandbox temp file (%LocalAppData%\Temp\acrobat_sbx\).Hence the overwritten file becomes accessible only to the account that performed the overwrite operation.Other users on the network who access the shared folder using different credentials (e.g., a shared user account) can no longer see or open the file.Process:1. Acrobat opens the PDF inside its sandbox (Protected Mode).2. When overwriting an existing file, it writes a temporary copy to:   %LocalAppData%\Temp\acrobat_sbx\3. That folder inherits the restrictive ACLs of the root TEMP directory (typically SYSTEM/Admins only).4. I am reporting an problem with publishing a project in Adobe XD. When the project file contains embedded images or other multimedia assets, it is not possible to generate a shareable link for the client. The publishing process does not complete successfully.After removing all graphic and multimedia files, the link is generated correctly. The issue appears to be related to handling or uploading assets within the project. I would appreciate your help in diagnosing and resolving this problem.  

I know this is  a pointless excercise, since Adobe doesn't participate here, but I'll document this in any case: The search tool on the new Gainsight platform reports wildly different numbers of results for the same query. Hello.I have an old licence for CS6: Design and Web Premium. It still suits me for the needs I have.But since Feb 2026 it's just marked as “Trial” and working time is running out.I still see this product in my Adobe account in the list of my products with a valid serial number, but when I launch any CS6 product it states that I reached the max number of activated devices even though it’s not true.On the devices tab I cannot do anything, as this tab is empty… I’m totally sure it worked fine few months back when I reinstalled CS6 to my laptop. How can it be solved?For me it’s 100% on the Adobe side. No devices = no verificiation.
