I login, sometimes I remain logged in for a while, sometimes only for a moment. I login again, I get a code from Adobe, but I’m not asked to provide it and the login is successful. Totally random as to how long I remain logged in.

I spent over 20 minutes editing a reply, and after clicking Send, I got the error message “Something’s gone wrong”, and all of the reply text has disappeared.  Thank you for respecting my time.    This problem is easy to reproduce.  Create a new reply and copy/paste the text from the attached file “buggy.txt” into the reply, then click Send.  Adding a space before the open parentheses avoids the problem.  Shame on the developers. The old Khoros platform saved your edits every few seconds and would recover them in situations like this.

I'm working in photo album designing, some times unwanted checked boxes with rainbow colours appearing and now it is duplicating a text and spreading everywhere in the document. It is wasting my effort and time.

​@Sumeet Kumar Choubey, the Premiere Mobile forum doesn’t have a Create Post button. Tested in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Mac OS 26.2.  

When I open the FrameMaker community on my mobile phone, I get a dialog to switch the language from English to German. However, there is only half of this large dialog visible, and I cannot cancel it.My mobile phone language is German. I want to use the forum in English, but cannot cancel this dialog. The buttons are outside of my mobile phone screen.

File security permissions inheritance (NTFS ACL) is broken when Acrobat overwrites files with Protected Mode enabled.When Acrobat overwrites a file in Protected Mode, the resulting PDF inherits the ACL of the sandbox temp file (%LocalAppData%\Temp\acrobat_sbx\).Hence the overwritten file becomes accessible only to the account that performed the overwrite operation.Other users on the network who access the shared folder using different credentials (e.g., a shared user account) can no longer see or open the file.Process:1. Acrobat opens the PDF inside its sandbox (Protected Mode).2. When overwriting an existing file, it writes a temporary copy to:   %LocalAppData%\Temp\acrobat_sbx\3. That folder inherits the restrictive ACLs of the root TEMP directory (typically SYSTEM/Admins only).4. Acrobat then replaces the original file using its internal sandbox I/O.   This replace operation preserves the sandbox ACL instead of reapplying the shared folder’s inherited permissions.5. I am reporting an problem with publishing a project in Adobe XD. When the project file contains embedded images or other multimedia assets, it is not possible to generate a shareable link for the client. The publishing process does not complete successfully.After removing all graphic and multimedia files, the link is generated correctly. The issue appears to be related to handling or uploading assets within the project. I would appreciate your help in diagnosing and resolving this problem.  

I know this is  a pointless excercise, since Adobe doesn't participate here, but I'll document this in any case: The search tool on the new Gainsight platform reports wildly different numbers of results for the same query. Hello.I have an old licence for CS6: Design and Web Premium. It still suits me for the needs I have.But since Feb 2026 it's just marked as “Trial” and working time is running out.I still see this product in my Adobe account in the list of my products with a valid serial number, but when I launch any CS6 product it states that I reached the max number of activated devices even though it’s not true.On the devices tab I cannot do anything, as this tab is empty… I’m totally sure it worked fine few months back when I reinstalled CS6 to my laptop. How can it be solved?For me it’s 100% on the Adobe side. No devices = no verificiation.

I have several video with 6 channels of audio but only one can be imported to a sequence the next video import only audio but in the wrong order. This happends in Windows 11 because it don’t handle Dolby Digital.

I’m unable to use Adobe Fresco currently because it keeps giving me a pop up saying “Adobe Fresco requires an additional 0.2 GB of free storage”. I have 130 GB of storage free on my computer and I still have 80 GB of space on my cloud storage. I have tried restarting the app and reinstalling it several times. I have even tried deleting some files but nothing has worked at all.

I have an Adobe Illustrator document that contains two separate PSD files.One PSD is used as the background, and the other PSD contains a visual with a shadow underneath set to Multiply blending mode. In Photoshop, the shadow correctly interacts with the background. However, when these two PSD files are placed separately in Illustrator, the Multiply shadow does not interact with the background PSD and does not darken it. The layer order is correct, and there are no issues in Photoshop. The problem only occurs in Illustrator when the PSD files are placed separately. I would like to know whether this is a known limitation or a bug related to how Illustrator handles transparency and blending between separate PSD files. If there is a recommended workflow to preserve correct Multiply blending, I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you,Özge

Does anyone encounter the same issue?The “create a post” button is shown in all forums but not in the Premiere forum for me. So I can create bug reports and feature requests everywhere but not in Premiere (which I was able to do before, also in the new community after the update)

Ever since the update in November last year we have not been able to successfully export any files that contain placed InDesign files to PDF. I placed a post in the community forums last year where multiple other people experienced the same issue but now that post is gone without being addressed so I am posting it here again.Last year the exported PDFs resulted in low resolution images regardless of what export settings were used. Now we aren’t even able to generate a PDF with constant errors.The reason we used placed InDesign files is so that if any changes are made to the original we’ll know because the file will show as modified. I do not want to copy and paste the InDesign file or place a separate file like a PDF or JPG as that doubles our work and doesn’t guarantee us that we will make sure all files are up-to-date. We’re using InDesign 21.2 on a 24 inch M1 Mac - everything was working fine until the latest update and we can’t afford to revert back to the previous versions now.I n

Para bien, cuento con imágenes de la cancelación que realicé (con cierta decepción ya predecía que algo así me podía suceder). Sin embargo, a pesar de la confirmación de mi cancelación, posteriormente se me generó dos cobros de S/121.54, una a fines de diciembre (20/12) y otra a fines de enero (23/01). Hoy, que he notado los cobros indebidos, ingresé a mi cuenta de Adobe y verifiqué que nunca cancelaron la suscripción a la prueba gratuita, como se me había confirmado. Tuve que realizar nuevamente el procedimiento de cancelación y, nuevamente, guardar las evidencias en caso se requieran. Intenté buscar en toda la plataforma de Adobe el medio para solicitar el rembolso de los cobros indebidos, sin embargo, no encuentro el canal de atención para este tipo de solicitude

The value is not applied and the action does not execute.This behavior occurs consistently across all panels that require manual value input or text-based searches.Expected behavior:The entered value or search query should be applied immediately without freezing or locking the interface.Actual behavior:The interface freezes and the change is not applied.

While generating voice from text in Firefly the result is unrecognizable. Speed seems to be excessively high even at normal (1x) speed however slowing down the speed as no impact.
