I can no longer tell which login I'm signed into when using the Forum

I have two different Adobe sign ins. I had been using my regular email address for the forum and a secondary email address for my Creative Cloud account. This ensures that notifications of forum replies get sent to my regular email address. However, I’ve recently been getting some replies at my regular email and some at my secondary one. When I click on my avatar in the forum at the top right and select My Profile, it doesn’t let me know which email address I’m signed in under. I’d like to be able to know which email address I’m signed into when using the forum so I can control to which email address the reply notifications are being sent so I’m not bouncing between email addresses trying to follow the replies.

I was trying to mark a reply to a post I created as Best Answer. However, I couldn’t find the option to mark it as Best Answer. When I click on my avatar at the top right in the forum and select “Logout”, I get sent to this error page:

In any case, even if I sign out of one login and sign in under the other, neither offers me the option to mark a reply as the Best Answer.

I posted your issue in a back area. Someone is going to try to fix your thread so you will be able to select the Best Answer. Stay tuned!

Which post is the one you want to be marked correct?

    @KazuTa

You are correct that you are posting on the forums with two separate logins.

    • The names are close: KazuT and KazuTa
    • The avatars are close: KT and K, both with a blue circle
    • You have quite a few posts and replies under each login
    • One has a join date of 2012 and the other is 2021

Now I get it! Thank you. I’m going to change one of my avatars. How do I change my username? I tried logging out of one account and logging in with the other one, but they both seem to pull up the KazuTa account.

Interesting. It’s in Bug Reports, not Discussions.

I believe you, but because it is in Bug Reports, “Best Answer” is not an option.

Are you using the same user name with both IDs? If so, try changing your user name.

If you post a Feature Request or Bug Repost (as you did here), then Best Answer is not available. Are  you seeing this with Discussions?

How do i figure out what my username is under each login?

I created the post in question by choosing Create a Post / Ask a question (is that Discussions?).

Thank you for the link. I see what you mean. Your post in Premiere is a Question and Best Answer is not available.

I have posted your issue in a back area and tagged two employees. It’s Friday evening, so we may not hear back over the weekend.
