How Can Members Publish Technicl Tips Instead of Questions (2nd post/question)

o.k. I’ve received several responses from (2) different Adobe Acrobat Community forum moderator to the above post, namely (2) contradictory answers and one accusing me of attacking them without providing an answer on both replies. All considered, I’ve elected to post the details to the question again hoping to receive an answer the same as the first moderator or an ‘I don’t Have an answer’. Thank you ahead of time. Here are the details once again:

I'm an experienced Adobe Acrobat JavaScript developer interested in sharing practical technical tips and solutions with other Acrobat users.

However, the Acrobat Community's Create Post feature appears to provide only an Ask a Question option, while the information I’ve found online states otherwise, stating the forum allows posts as questions, tips, and sharing information.

Is there a way for ordinary community members to publish standalone technical tips or informational discussions without submitting them as questions?
