Just in case you need some help in the future, you may want to read my messages #3 and 4 in this thread: How the heck are you supposed to find your way around these discussions?

Hi Team,

I would like to request a full refund and the immediate cancellation of my subscription.I’m a student and i used it for my project for like 1 day .

Here is my situation:

I signed up for a trial thinking it was a 1-month free trial, but I was charged after just 1 week.
My primary payment method (TnG Wallet) only had RM20, which was charged, but the system shows I still owe an unpaid balance of around RM85.
Because of this pending payment, I am unable to cancel or manage my plan through the dashboard.

As I did not intend to subscribe to a paid annual/monthly plan under these terms, I kindly ask you to:

Waive/clear the remaining unpaid balance (RM85)
Refund the RM20 that was charged
Cancel my subscription completely so no future charges occur

Thank you for your assistance and understanding!

This is the USING THE COMMUNITY forum... this is where the forum is discussed
This is not where you ask program or account questions
Moving a message to the correct forum is not working
Start here https://community.adobe.com/community to find the correct forum for your question
Make a small change in your question title so you don't receive a forum error

You need to be in Account, Payment & Plan https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4

Also, only you may cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

No, you haven't, because you have not given details. And you are not addressing Adobe here, mostly fellow users who try to help, even if your question/complaint looks more like a rant.
