Hi everyone,I cancelled my annual Adobe Creative Cloud plan (annual contract with monthly payments) yesterday, but I would now like to reinstate it under the original terms.When I try to use the “Reactivate” button in my account, the page shows an error and doesn’t let me complete the process.Is it still possible to reactivate the original contract despite this, and would any additional fees apply?Thanks in advance for your help!

I just received an email from Adobe notifying me that the monthy price of Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB is increasing "from A$79.99/month to A$96.99/month". The reason cited is (allegedly) "to offset fluctuations in currency exchange rates". Sorry Adobe, but you are disingenuous.Here are the facts:Since the previous price increase of CC in January 2023, the value of the Australian dollar compared to the US dollar has decreased 12.70%. However, this latest CC price increase is 21.25% for the same 2-year period. So, the 8.55% margin has nothing to do with exchange rate fluctuations. It is purely PRICE GOUGING!I'm now in the process of migrating all my current work to DaVinci Resolve, and I'll soon be dropping Adobe like a stone.

For several days, I’ve tried to change the email on my Adobe account, but each attempt returns “An error occurred.  Please try again later.”  after entering the new email address.

Trying to load Acrobat onto my new computer, but Adobe does not acknowledge the annual subscription payment I made on American Express on 2025/04/10-- all I am offered is to purchase or upgrade to a new subscription.

I purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud plan on 13th Jan, 2026 with invoice number 3335834474 and purchase order number AD04651202742CIN and got charged 17988 INR.It was in the trial period, and I cancelled the plan on the same date while I was eligible for a refund.From above, a credit invoice was generated with invoice number 3335840617 and purchase order number AD04651202742CIN. The payment mode was UPI.It’s been around one month, and I haven’t received a refund in my bank account. Whenever I am talking with useless Adobe chat support, they always share the credit invoice PDF and end the chat. I did a high level of escalation on my financial institution (bank account), and they shared that they haven’t received any refund from Adobe. They also raised a chargeback request to Adobe for my escalation dispute, which Adobe denied. I want the Adobe Finance team to look into this and share any transaction reference number (that you received when doing a bank-to-bank transaction). Hi,i have problem with my subscription. Yesterday I received mail from adobe about canceling my subscription because of fraudulent activity. Previously I was paying my subscription the official way, directly through adobe, but allegedly i was scammed by some unknown salesman. Previously i was paying 20€/month and it was too much for me and this salesman offered me lower price, assuring me that it was legit. Now i want to have legit subscription, but its still high price for me. is there change for some discount, please? Thank you!

Hello! My old credit card expired recently, and of course I got the notification to update the payment method or my plan would cancel. When I went to update the information I saw that it said that the next payment would be 79€, which is the normal individual plan price here in Spain. I re-applied for the student discount as it had also finished and it got updated and accepted, but the price stayed the same and I don’t want to update the card information because 79€/month is quite a lot for me right now. What can I do? Do I need to just let it cancel itself and buy it again? Or just wait a couple more days for the discount  to show up?  Theoretically my student discount is already accepted but I don’t know why it doesn’t show in the price.

Bonjour j'ai appris hier que j'étais prélevé depuis plus d'un an 23 euros puis 26 euros tout les mois pour un abonnement indesign qui avez une période gratuite et que je n'ai pas résilié . J'ai réussi a changer d'abonnement mais souhaite être remboursé des frais qui mont été prélever alors que je n'utiliser pas indesign. Je suis une tres grande consommatrice de la suite adobe sur une autre adresse mail et souhaite continuer de pouvoir l'utiliser correctement.  I bought it the 7 day free trail and typed in my card informationseveral weeks have passed and i havent paid anything yet because I don't have the right amount of money in my account and I just did it with my MasterCard. When I click on manage plan it says this: It is not possible to manage You need to resolve a problem with your payment information before making changes to your plan. If you don't do anything, your plan will be suspended. And I also can't remove my card information. I  have tried everything and asked chat gpt but nothing worksAnd whenever I get more than 31 dollars in my account (from parents etc.) I always put it in savings so it wont get taken by the supscription and its really sadPlease cancel my plan.

Não estou conseguindo cancelar o teste gratuito. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Mandei um e-mail para cancelar, mas até agora nenhuma resposta. Segui o passo a passo para o cancelamento, mas não aparece a  opção. Aguardo retorno, o mais breve possível. 

I already own a stand alone copy of Light Room. If I try the free trial and cancel it will that effect my stand alone copy?

I signed up for a free trial of the DC Pro. Free for 7 days then a fee.  $14.95 a month later and after a few months of payment, zero value, I cancel and get charged a $29 early termination fee?!?!  Talk about total BS!!!! I'll be buying Adobe's competition from now on.

I closed my business by the end of 2025 and want to remove the VAT ID in my Adobe account. This is apparently impossible: (I try to translate the Adobe UI in German to English.)Selected my plan, selected Manage payment, selected the currently used credit card and selected “edit”: removed the VAT ID (earmarked as Option in the UI) and saved the changed setting. (The price of the plan did not change - as I expected.) The January 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment with the credit card - edited above - and it showed a VAT ID - I had removed it ?!?!? I got into Manage payment and selected “new credit card”, entered all required data about the credit card and did NOT fill in the VAT ID - and saved this new payment. The February 2026 invoice showed my old VAT ID and no VAT was applied. I had a look into Manage payment of the recently entered new credit card: a VAT ID was shown. Are you sure your brain is functioning properly? I already stated that I completed the trial membership. Your ridiculous subscription agreement is designed to steal people's money like thieves, which is why you blocked my account and reactivated my subscription as soon as money was credited to my account. This happened without my request or consent. You don't have a customer service phone number or support email address; it's a joke that I have to try to explain the situation to amateur, incompetent people like you through this ridiculous support panel. Refund my money immediately. And whether I use your ridiculous app or not is none of your business, know your place!
