I cannot seem to make Lightroom recognize that I've already paid the yearly sub. I can only use the app on Iphone, doesn’t matter how hard I try but the MacBook doesn’t want to let me use it and suggests me to buy the monthly or yearly subscription again

Since the first time i had Adobe subscription, i was using the student plan with 75% off for atleast a year, but one day my plan changed into regular subcription without me knowing it charges at normal price for several months. I tried to make a plan in student plan, but still it says “purchase is not supported” because i already have the adobe CC pro. The only way i know is to cancel the plan first before starting the student plan which requires me to pay the cancelation fee. Is it possible to change from this regular subcription to the student plan without the cancellation fee?

I forgot to cancel my subscription last month, and I was charged yesterday for another month and I have no intention of using it. I would like to request a refund and to close my account.

 I bought it the 7 day free trail and typed in my card informationseveral weeks have passed and i havent paid anything yet because I don't have the right amount of money in my account and I just did it with my MasterCard. When I click on manage plan it says this: It is not possible to manage You need to resolve a problem with your payment information before making changes to your plan. If you don't do anything, your plan will be suspended. And I also can't remove my card information. I  have tried everything and asked chat gpt but nothing worksAnd whenever I get more than 31 dollars in my account (from parents etc.) I always put it in savings so it wont get taken by the supscription and its really sadPlease cancel my plan.

@Jeffrey_A_Wright I am responding with reporting the exact same problem that ​@Andre_Langer9558 already faced and it´s the same problem in all details Andre already described. Pop-up every month around time of debiting, stating there is a “Billing Issue” while the payment has already been processed by my bank without problems and, checking my Adobe account, has faced no issues whatsoever.This problem is persisting because here I am, 7 months later.Please advise, is there ANY way to resolve this because it really wears ones patience thin.

Cancel my account 

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on February 7.I noticed the credit card charge on February 15.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Due to the Lunar New Year holiday, I was unable to contact customer support earlier.Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

I have a Photography (20GB) plan and was looking to increase my cloud storage. There were no options to change plans, so I signed up for a free Lightroom (1TB) trial. The new storage (1TB) now reflects in my Lightroom cloud. My question is if I unsubscribe from the Photography (20GB) plan and just keep the Lightroom (1TB) subscription, will it affect any of my cloud files, folders within Lightroom, etc.?

Adobe attempted to charge my card several times, and in one attempt the $9.99 payment went through even though my card had insufficient funds, making my balance negative.I didn’t intend to continue the subscription and haven’t really used the service. Hello. First of all - english is not my natvie language. So if you dont understand me , please let me know. I will try to use AI. Adobe system wanted to charge me for photoshop , before trial ended, I didn’t have money on my credit card,  so the payment failed. I want to stop trial plan, and uninstall photoshop, but - I CAN’T, before I make a payment. So Adobe system wants me to pay and doesn’t let me cance trial. How can I cancel trial without making payment?  Next thing. I was charged for adobe illustrator before trial period ended. I was able to end trial period, and the system told me that I will be refunded.  How long will it take before my money go back to my bank account? All these money chargings before TRIAL end is at least WEIRD.  Thank you.

Hello Adobe,I have been charged just today $19.54 for a monthly Adobe subscription that I cancelled in December 2025. After I saw the payment posted on my credit card, I signed in to my Adobe account to check and saw that I had an Adobe account activated that started payment today. So, I cancelled it right away and then the system said that it was going to charge me $19.99 for an early cancellation fee. But I had initially cancelled my monthly subscription in December 2025. Please help. I even had to cancel my credit card permanently because I thought that my credit card number had been stolen for this unauthorized payment on my credit card. 

I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. Hello Support,I am writing to request a refund for unexpected charges on this adobe account.On November 12, 2025, SHINSEGAE I&C INC granted me access through corporate subscription plan, and I cancelled my personal subscription at that time. However, I was subsequently charged on: November 29, 2025 December 30, 2025 January 30, 2026 February 27, 2026 March 10, 2026 I did not use my personal adobe account during this period, as I was covered under the corporate plan. I now double checked that I have now cancelled all services for sure. I request a full refund for these charges above, as they appear to have been billed in error. Please let me know what information you need to process this refund.  

I had an option to get Adobe Illustrator for free. It said I would pay nothing for the first 7 days, but immediately after activation of the free trial i was billed the full amount. Here is the SMS from my bank as proof of it taking my money, 38,55 BAM.I was thinking of buying a few months of Adobe Illustrator after the free trial, but after this I’m very discouraged to spend any money on any Adobe service ever. 

I'm a postgraduate student and have subscribed to Creative Cloud in the past. Currently, the only visible student offer is the promotional R$27.50/month plan, which is explicitly for first-time subscribers. Is there any student plan available for returning subscribers? I can't find this option on the website, and the chat support ended the conversation twice without providing an answer. im from Brasil 

I am really trying to find someone that can take my subscription from one of my email accounts and put it onto the correct email account. Due to Microsoft account the thing went and used the wrong email and for two months I couldn't work out why I was unable to use photoshop when I was paying. But I have other products on my freelance email address. Adobe photo plan was loaded onto the incorrect and inactive email address and I am really inhappy that now I have to sign in and out all the time to get different products. I don't want to pay cancelation fee of over 100 dollars and rebuy it on the proper email. Both emails are under my name. What can I do? I need one account with all the products, not 2 accounts which heavens knows what product is where, but I am paying. 

When making the payment for the Creative Cloud Pro annual subscription, we need to know how we can obtain a tax invoice for Mexico. On the Adobe invoice, we are charged 16% tax, but it is not a fiscal invoice. Can Adobe issue a tax invoice for customers in Mexico?
