     Hi @withlj,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account info, you have three active subscriptions with Adobe. You can check the details here: https://adobe.ly/4uG9Zgf

    1. Adobe Acrobat Pro (monthly plan) since 5+ months with pending dues.

    2. Adobe Acrobat Pro (monthly plan) since 1+ month.

    3. AI Assistant for Acrobat (monthly plan) since 5+ months with pending dues.

As per Adobe’s policy, refund can only be initiated if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase which makes your account ineligible for refund.
If you do not wish to use the application, I would recommend you to clear the pending dues and proceed with cancellation. Please follow these articles for more details:

    Subscription terms: https://adobe.ly/3PNsosc

Fix a failed or missed payment: https://adobe.ly/4nX9nQI

    I hope it helps.

    Dear Adova Support Team,

I am requesting a full refund for the charge that was processed today. I do not use Adova, and I do not want to continue paying for a service I am not using.

The last time I was charged, I contacted you and requested a refund. This time, I canceled my subscription specifically to prevent any further charges, yet I was charged again today.

I want my money refunded. I should not have to keep paying for a subscription that I no longer want and have already canceled. Please review my account, issue a full refund for today's charge, and confirm that my subscription is permanently canceled so that no additional payments will be taken from my account.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

    Thank you.

Nobody on this forum, including Adobe employees, can fast forward your refund.

If properly cancelled, refunds are issued within 14 days.

Hello, I checked my invoice dated 29 October 2026. The total charged was 243.60 MAD, consisting of 203.00 MAD for Acrobat Pro and 40.60 MAD in taxes.

You have offered to refund only 203.00 MAD. Could you please explain why the 40.60 MAD tax is excluded from the refund? I would like to request a refund of the full amount charged, including the tax, since I did not intend to continue the subscription after the free trial.

    Thank you.

you’ll need to cancel your subscription.  if you subscribed via a mobile app store, contact that store.

    if you subscribed via adobe.com:

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    Hi @Inspiring_Phoenix2b62
Thankyou for posting on the community
As we checked your account there is 1 active subscription Acrobat Premium

As the subscription was purchased through Google Play, subscription management, billing, and refund requests are handled directly by Google rather than Adobe.

If you no longer wish to continue the subscription, please follow Google's instructions to cancel it:

    Cancel a Google Play subscription

Once the subscription has been canceled, you can review Google's refund policies and available refund options through your Google Play account.

For any questions regarding charges or refund eligibility, please contact Google Play Support directly.

If you need any further assistance after reviewing the information above, please let us know. We'll be happy to help.

    Thanks,
