Adobe refunds FAQ

A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn more about refund eligibility when you cancel your plan.

How long do Adobe refunds take?   

Adobe refunds usually take 10-14 business days. 

How will I know my refund is complete?   

Adobe sends a confirmation email once the refund is complete. If you have online access to your credit account, the refund may appear earlier than on a paper statement.   

Where will my refund be credited?   

Your refund is credited back to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.  

I bought an Adobe app from a third-party provider. Can Adobe refund me?   

For subscriptions purchased through third-party providers such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft, follow their specific cancellation process to request a refund.
