I have a macbook pro M1 Max with 32 GB of ram and mac os Sequoia 15.7.4 and I cannot download premiere 26.  until now I was using an intel mac with no problem.  What can I do to my new computer to make it work with premiere?

So I made some lower 3rds a couple years ago, that always showed up in Graphic Templates/my templates on Premiere. I used them several times in other projects. However, my hard drive crashed a couple weeks ago and I had to replace. I still have access to the files on the old drive, so I’ve been slowly copying files over that I need. However, I cannot find those the lower 3rds I’ve been using. I’ve went through AppData (Yes, it’s a Windows machine), and all the folders suggested to try did not have anything. What are some  other places I can look? Or am I out of luck and do I have to re-create these graphics again? 

I’m making a time lapse of the recent blizzard.  Unfortunately the time lapse feature of my little surveillance camera failed, so I have downloaded the micro SD card from the camera and assembled one long 24 hour file out of hundreds of files (the camera records one file every minute and has a crazy directory structure). With the one long clip, I can just adjust the speed (more than once if necessary) to make a conventional time lapse, but what I’d really like is to have a process that goes through the 24 hour file and skips 2 seconds, cuts 58 seconds, skips ahead two seconds, cuts 58 seconds, skips ahead two seconds, etc.  The result would be a time lapse of the storm but showing the full speed video and audio of many 2 second moments of the storm. I did something like this many years ago but had to do it manually which I don’t want to do.  Is there an automated process that will do this, or a keyboard shortcut or macro I could create and press 1000 times or something?  Thanks! John

Why can't I add borders and shadows to graphic files (such as logos) in advanced graphics like I do with fonts? This was possible in older versions.

I found an issue with the latest update of Premiere pro.The WAV Files doesn’t seems to play correctly, everytime this happen, I have to restart the application. I’m uploading a recording. I’m in a new Macbook pro m4, with a fresh installation of Adobe Cloud, so it’s not a Hardware issue.

I am using the New Premiere (v26.0) version. I am unable to add any transitions from the Film Impact Dashboard. When i try to apply it between two clips, it gives me the following message: "Transition not applied on all clips or sides". Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Trying to render a video but neither Premiere Pro or Media Encoder is using my Nvidia GPU fully but instead going full ham on the integrated Intel Gpu.  Rendered the same video last week and completed it in 10 minutes or so and now it takes 1- 1.5 hours. Tried everything google had to suggest:Disabled Intel in the hardware accelerated decoding settings Forced Windos 11 to use the Nvidia GPU when running the apps Reinstalled my Nvidia Studio Driver Used the Media Encoder console to disable Intel hardware accelerationBut still no luck. Added a screenshot of my task manager, rendering settings and time when rendering.  Thanks for your help 

When I double-click a clip in the timeline to open it in the Source Monitor, it does not show the frame where the timeline playhead is positioned. Instead, it opens the correct master clip but displays a different frame — often from another section of the same video (for example, a neighboring cut I made earlier or completely different part of the video nowhere near the playhead).If I immediately double-click the same timeline clip again, the Source Monitor then updates to the correct frame that matches the playhead position.This behavior is consistent and reproducible. The timeline clips are all from the same source file, just cut and edited with the Razor tool. Premiere v26.0.1, but has also occured in previous versions just as consistently.Link to video: 

I am needing to use Roboto in my project. It is showing up as a random font. I have tried everything - deleting and re-installing the dont, tried adobe font, deleted cache, rendered. Nothing will change my text to the roboto font even though it is selected  

I've spent 3 days going through about 10 hours of interviews cutting and color-labeling sound bites in multicam sequences to correspond with chapters/subjects of the film I'm working on and this morning, when I opened my project, every sequence has reverted back to its original color. All of my labels are gone.I've tried restarting the project, I've tried toggling on the "show source clip name and label" , I've tried copying and pasting footage into a new sequence, which were all suggested on another post about this problem and none of these worked.Has anyone discovered a solution for this? I feel sick at the thought of going back through for another couple of days relabeling everything...(Premiere Pro 25, windows 11, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H (2.70 GHz, 16GB RAM)ETA: I also went back to my last autosave from yesterday and the labels were in tact. I saved the file with a new name and with the file open, it reverted the colors back to default on most of the sequences.

I have a very specific workflow that really drags down Premiere, and I’m wondering if anyone else works the same way and has come up with a speedy workflow.I shoot mostly interviews on green screen using three cameras. When I go to edit, I composite each angle over the background, and then create a multi-cam sequence that contains each angle so I can “switch” between angles during the interview.This really bogs down Premiere. I have to hit “play” multiple times for it to start playing. If I have to adjust a cut, it takes forever, and then try to start playing again can take 10-45 seconds for the sequence to begin playing again. I have an otherwise fast machine. I’ve tried turning off FX while editing. This makes little difference because what seems to be happening is that Premiere is still factoring in the composited version in the background. I create subtitles and save the preset as a style. Other properties apply to all subtitles on the track when I click ‘redefine style’. But when I move the position of the subtitles with the controls under ‘align and transform’, the position doesn’t apply to any other subtitles on the track, so I am having to manually move each subtitle which takes a very long time! I can’t find another way to apply the position to all subtitles at once. Whenever I create text layers - for L3 or other on-screen copy, like credits - and send to Media Encoder to export, the text layers seem to not export. However, if I export within Premiere it's fine. Anyone else having this issue? Or any workarounds?

  Hey there!   I cannot for the life of me figure this out and I have scoured the preferences, settings and all the adobe forums looking for an answer, perhaps someone here knows the trick!   Formerly, I used to be able to zoom in and out of the timeline using Option+Mouse Scroll just fine. If I zoomed out all the way, the timeline would stay in a maximum-zoomed-out state. This was great because I could quickly zoom all the way out to the timeline with a quick scroll of the mouse and then navigate from there.   Now, all of a sudden, when I scroll zoom-out too quickly, it's as if the timeline gets to max zoom-out and then zooms right back in to Maximum zoom-in (Sorry for all the zooms!). This causes a infinte zoom out cycle. I'm not sure if this is a setting, a bug or something to do with my computer, but it doesn't seem to happen on every computer, nor does it happen on every project as far as I can tell!   Just wondering if anyone has seen this or knows whats

Dear allI have used video from an ipad, the video looks fine in the preview, when i export, i have the audio but a blank screen. After much co piloting it suggested the problem may be the source video and a variable frame rate. Dose anyone have any idea?  I am in the process of converting the video to CFR with handbrake, I lost a whole day yesterday thinking I could resolve this 🙄 Any ideas?

Issue – I run two PC editing computer labs. In versions 25 and 26 (newest) of PP, when we click on any drop menu option (“Workspaces” drop menu on main screen, any drop menus in the Preferences section such as Audio hardware, etc.) the drop menu shows up for about one second then dissapears. Steps to reproduce – for example, go to Preferences → Audio Hardware → and click Input to reveal teh drop menu for all the inputs. You can also do this with the Workspaces dropmenu option in the upper-right  corner of PP Expected result –teh drop menu should show up and stay available until you choose an item from it Actual result – the drop menu options will show up for a half-second to one sec and dissapear before you can click anything. Why is it so fiddly to ask a question? I’m sure it never used to be this fiddly.That aside.I have a sequence after importing some 1920 x 1080 video files, I want to import some jpg images as stills for several seconds, they are 6720 x 4480, how can I import and keep the same dimensions as the originally imported videos?

If I apply a denoise filter to a track in the Audio Track Mixer, it only works as long as I don’t click away from Premiere to another app, or the Finder. When I return, the effect no longer works and I need to re-apply it each time. Anyone else have the issue?

Although I’ve been using Adobe Premiere for years, I believe this is my first time creating an account on the community forum.I’m reaching out regarding a terrible issue that Adobe hasn’t resolved, and it’s driving me insane day after day.It has become almost impossible to edit files from my Sony A7III camera (4K 4:2:2 10-bit) unless I create proxies.Alright, I’ve accepted the fact that for every bigger project I’ll need to generate proxies in order to edit smoothly.However, “CREATING PROXY JOBS” takes at least 10× longer than actually creating the proxies themselves.And this is driving me CRAZY!This was NOT a problem before!Some people on the forums say that Media Encoder scans all files in the folder and that it depends on the number of files — but I call that nonsense.I tested this with a folder containing only 10 short clips and the result is exactly the same.IS ADOBE PLANNING TO FIX THIS OR SHOULD I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION???

I’m currently editing a wedding and I’m trying to export my timeline as an XML so I can grade it elsewhere, but as soon as I hit export and choose a save location...Premiere Pro freezes and sometimes freezes my whole system forcing a cold shutdown unless I can force quit it in time.I’m using Premiere Pro 26.0.0 and my iMac system is running Tahoe 26.3, really need a fix for this, as its making me regret even doing this edit on Premiere Pro. Alternatively I could probably export as a PRORES 442 and then grade it elsewhere but as this is a huge project exporting QT 442 will give me a huge file  PS: I have tried clearing my cache, proxying the original footage, moving my project to desktop/hard drive as well as attempting to export different section of the timelineThanks in advanceJosh

After finding the pen masking tool, I tried creating a shape, but no visible indication. So I created a rectangle, which I have no indication is there other than I can move an invisible mask with no borders. My simple question is, how do I get the border of my mask to show?
