No, it's not causing an issue, just so strange. I'm working in CC2015. And it's just this one. It came in with other TIFFs and no issue with those. I guess it's just going to be one of those bizarre occurrences. My manager has no clue either. I had previously tried all of you suggestions - thanks, by the way - and it still moves. I'm going to try to block it from my mind and move on. Thanks everyone!

Hi everyone! I have a bitmap, sent in by a client, that can still be moved. The layer is locked. It is definitly saved as a bitmap TIFF, but is can be moved on the canvas. I have resaved. I also switched back to Grayscale, then added a layer and reflattened them. Then I resaved as a bitmap TIFF. Still moves. Then I copy and pasted to a new document. Still moves. Any ideas?
