Well i reactivated it and changed the plan now. But still, do i still charged? 

Just upgraded from Phootoshoop 2025 to Phootoshoop 2026 (27.8.0). When running large batch jobs get this crap:Have 40GB RAM so that’s not the prob. My (wild) guess is that the Phootoshoopers have messed with the “close” command - files are closed but their RAM remnants are not purged.End up having to split single jobs into multiples (huge headache), never happened with Phootoshoop 2025. New versions are supposed to be improvements,  Phootoshoop????[edited by moderator]

 Hi everyone,I'm trying to automate part of my workflow in Photoshop and I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve this, either with an Action, a JSX/UXP script, or a plugin.I have a PSD containing multiple Artboards. Each Artboard contains several layers (text, shapes, images, etc.).For each Artboard, I'd like to:Select all layers inside that Artboard only (excluding hidden and locked layers). Convert those layers into a single Smart Object. Rename the Smart Object using the Artboard's name. Center the Smart Object horizontally and vertically within the Artboard. Repeat this process automatically for every Artboard in the document.The final result would look like this:Before: Card 01 (Artboard) Background Title DescriptionAfter: Card 01 (Artboard) Card 01 (Smart Object)I'm using Photoshop 2025 on macOS.I initially thought this could be done with an Action, but I couldn't find a way to select only the layers inside the current Artboard or loop through every Artboard automat

My Creative Cloud Photography Plan (1TB) renewed automatically yesterday. I no longer need the subscription. When I go to Manage plan > Cancel your plan, the page loads and then shows "An error occurred. Please try again." I have tried on Microsoft Edge on my PC and Safari on my iPhone with the same result. Please cancel my subscription and process a refund for the latest renewal charge if I am eligible.

Hello everyone,I want to create a script to reset the settings of the currently-selected brush to its saved defaults that I can later hotkey or whatever.- I tried finding the index of the currently-selected brush and selecting based on that, but I was not able to do that successfully.- I tried to write scripts for “Next Brush” and “Previous Brush” to call them in succession in the script, but I was also not able to do that (I don’t want to be sending their hotkeys as they can be mapped differently per user).Is there any way to achieve what I’m looking for? 

Window - Adjustments panel is not opening in my custom workspace. When I switch to default Photography workspace, it does open, but there are not some option available, for example I'm not able to select default Clip to Layer option. Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.8.0 20260610.r.13 4081857  arm64 (final, Release)Operating System: Mac OS 26.5.1

I'm trying to import a .psd file into after effects and it just loads indefinitely. I've done this many times before, but suddenly it isn't working. Also, the color space is NOT the problem. My file is already in RGB. Does anyone know what the problem my be. If the file is corrupted, how can I determine this?

Whenever I type a dash (-), and press enter within a text box, the Photoshop app instantly crashes - and I need force close, without saving my progress.[Moved to Photoshop by a moderator］

Hello everyone,With the latest updates, the 3D objects in some mockup files aren’t working in the current versions. I was able to resolve this issue by using version 21. However, that option has been removed from CC. Does anyone know how I can get these mockup files to work?Thank you

Environment- Windows 11 Pro 25H2, OS Build 26200.8968, x64- Photoshop 27.7 (20260514.r.11) and 27.8 (20260610.r.13)- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, driver 32.0.16.1047ProblemPhotoshop cannot complete startup on Windows 11 25H2. Both Photoshop 27.7 and 27.8 display the following modal error and never reach a usable application window:"Caught in IPhotoshopApplication, encountered exception: Unable to create environment configuration: photoshop_error"Steps to reproduce1. Install Photoshop 27.7 or 27.8 from Creative Cloud Desktop.2. Launch Photoshop.exe normally.3. Wait for initialization.4. The modal error appears and Photoshop cannot be used.Expected resultPhotoshop starts and creates its environment/configuration successfully.Actual resultStartup stops with photoshop_error. The issue reproduces on every launch in both 27.7 and 27.8.Diagnostic evidence- UXP logs repeatedly report: "FileAccessorDataLoader: Param mismatch error".- UXP logs also report: "IMS config not set".- Failures occur

I have some feedback and idk where else to put it! With the new update, while using Camera Raw to edit I’ve noticed some changes with the crop tool. I used to click on the crop tool and it would automatically make my image a little smaller, leaving me space on the side to grab the crop tool and you know, crop. With the update, the image size does not change when you select the crop tool, which means there’s no space between my image and the side panel, making it harder to grab the crop window. Now I have to zoom out, crop, then make my image full size again, where this step used to happen automatically.

Is there a way to configure the radial adjustment mask in Photoshop to match the view in Lightroom CC, where two circles are visible and adjustable? In Photoshop, only the outer circle appears. It's only with this mask.

Since the latest update, each time I go to export my file, I'm told that if I export it as a jpeg, I will lose information. This happens whenever I open the export window. It started to happen after the latest update so I am now in Photoshop v 27.0 and I'm running on Windows 11.
