All of my photoshop files will no longer open. All of the projects just show this blank paper icon now. When I save a new file, it also just turns into this. When I try opening the file within Photoshop, it says the file has been moved and deleted.

Paper selection function seems to print in ordinary absorbent computer paper, even though I select Premium Luster.  When I open the print dialog box again it’s at ordinary computer paper. I'm using PS 2026 on an Epson ET-8500 with a Mac Studio (OS Tahoe). Have tried restart on all items.This just started today. Previously things were working fine.

Why does GF hew to the color of the central objects. For instance, today, I have an old photo of two people dressed largely in blue. I requested a fill behind of “white curtains,” but the curtains are generated as blue. Why does GF not allow me to choose what colors I want? Why does GF usually misspell words? Why can’t I dictate what will be generated and have GF simply follow directions properly?

I am working to move from an old laptop to new laptop and an old desktop to a new desktop computer.  All Windows. When I deactivated the Photoshop CS5 license from my old laptop, it properly activated on my new laptop. Then, when I deactivated the Photoshop CS5 license from my old desktop, it didn’t make a license available for the new desktop.  Of course, it no longer works on the old desktop.The Production Premium CS5 bundle was purchased directly from Adobe.  It appears in my Adobe account. What is my best plan to get this situation resolved and get Photoshop CS5 working on the new desktop computer?

How to reinstall Photoshop 10 (I have the 24-digit serial)

The bounding box of the transform tool is in the wrong location and not properly scaled when used on warped text. It does snap back to correct scale and location when a corner of it is selected but reverts once the transform is deselected again.Photoshop version is 27.5Off center and wrong scale bounding box on warped text 

I updated photoshop yesterday or the day before to 27.6.0, the latest version. It opened after updating just fine and I used it all day long. Then today, just a fee minutes ago, around 12:50 pm, I opened Photoshop for the first time today and all my history is gone, all the text is tiny, everything seems to be reset and screwed up. Instead of seeing a page of thumbnails of previous files on the Home screen, I get this CRAP in the screenshot below:  I need to know what the heck I can do to restore it and prevent this kind of CRAP from happening again… 

Is there a way to return to the older color picker? I don’t what this is besides unusable. Thanks for any help. 

I have been having this problem for a few months. I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1 and Photoshop 2023 or Lightroom Classic. I have long used presets but now, after I save one, when I come back to it the next time, the saved preset does not retain any of the settings. I tried uninstalling Photoshop 2023, rebooting, then re-install Photoshop 2023. The presets still don't retain settings. I've also tried deleting my P5000 printer from the system settings, and then re-installing my Epson driver. Again, doesn't fix the problem. I also tried printing from Safari and made a preset in Safari and this one does work as it is supposed to. If I then switch back to Photoshop, the preset created while in Safari works properly in Photoshop. I tried one more time to create a preset while in Photoshop, but it still will not work.

I updated Adobe Photoshop today, and since then I have been experiencing an issue while opening Camera RAW files.Specifically, when I enable the “Super Resolution” option in Camera Raw and attempt to open a file, an error message appears, preventing the file from opening successfully.File opening error : Could not open because the file-format module cannot parse the file.This issue started immediately after the update, and I was not facing any problems prior to that.Kindly assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest. Please let me know if you require any additional details or error logs.Please help.Thank you.

Problem with HDR panorama. When I assembly more  30 captures with size 55 MB in format RAW (from camera Nikon 850) display blacken and computer do restart. I have Intel (R) Core Ultra 7 265K, 64 GB RAM, grafic card NVIDIA GeoForce RTX5050. Do you have somebody experience with this problem? 

Good afternoon, I would like to report a strange behaviour in Photoshop. The “Discover” icon (the lightbulb with the blue glowing ring in the top-right corner of the interface) keeps appearing with a highlight effect and overlays other windows inside the application. Here is what happens in more detail: the lightbulb effect remains visible on top of several Photoshop dialogs/windows,the highlight reappears repeatedly, even after I click the lightbulb and close the panel,it becomes quite distracting and feels like it is “stuck” on top of the interface, as if it were a permanent overlay.  I have tried clicking the icon, opening and closing the help/discover panel and then continuing to work, but the effect keeps coming back. As far as I understand, this highlight should only appear occasionally to indicate tips or new features, and not continuously or on top of other windows. This behaviour disrupts the workflow and seems to be a visual bug. Thank you i

This icon keeps glowing even when I hide the whole bar, I keep looking for options to disable it but haven’t been lucky 

Starting from scratch with a blank canvas, there is only Firefly 3 available. No Gemini, no Flux, no Firefly 5. This must be a bug, right?

With the new 27.6 Photoshop update, the Actions panel has had a makeover. Before, you could expand an Action and select any point within that action to start from. Now, it appears you can only start the action as a whole. Depending on where the file is in my workflow depends where I wish to start the action from. Does this ability still exist and I’m missing it? Or can this feature be brought back? I can only see the gear function, that edits the action, but you can’t start the action half way through from here. 

Hi,I’ve encountered an issue in Adobe Photoshop 2026 and the Beta version.In my workspace, I have multiple shapes filled with plain white color. However, whenever I select more than one shape at the same time, they all automatically switch to a gradient fill.I want to be able to control or change the colors of each shape individually, but when they are selected together, Photoshop applies the same gradient to all of them.I’m not sure if this behavior is caused by a setting or if it’s a bug.I’ve attached a short video showing the problem.Versions:Photoshop 2026Photoshop BetaOperating System: Windows 11Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution?Thanks in advance!

After update, the action is just one point in the history.I can't see all the steps.Often, I only need to undo one or a few steps, not the entire action.How can I change this?

Every time Adobe launches a new update we seem to continually go through this phase of crashes, instability and losing features regardless of whether it’s Photoshop, Lightroom or Premiere Pro.As someone who has been with Adobe from the beginning, I’m becoming increasingly frustrated and annoyed that as a paying customer I am being supplied with a product that does not work as described.  Looking at the multitude of comments across multiple forums, it’s obvious that the latest Photoshop update was rushed through without being tested properly.  If it has been then might I suggest Adobe find itself some new software developers. The way Adobe behaves, it appears the company couldn’t care about the opinions of it’s customers.  We pay a substantial amount of money every year to use the products yet are continually without fail let down by the quality of the product.  Perhaps if customers start looking at the legalities of supplying a product that is not fit for purpose and start to make refu

Photoshop 27.4 and 27.5 are completely broken on Win 11 with an NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti. The app freezes when selecting the Remove Tool, changing any panels, or opening the New Document screen. On exit, it consistently hangs in the background and won't close on its own; you have to kill the process manually, which resets all setting changes.Version 27.3.1 and below work as intended. Additionally, 27.4 and 27.5 work just fine on a PC with Win 10 and an AMD W5500. The issue seems to be specific to Win 11.

el relleno generativo, siempre me dice que no es posible realizarlo porque infrinjo las políticas de photoshop. Pero no es verdad, yo le tomo fotos a modelos, necesito usar el licuar y luego no puedo usar el relleno generativo para corregir los fondos de las fotos 

I have just updatet the regular Photoshop to version 27.6, but the new generative Credits Usage panel. isn´t there at all. According to severel Youtube channels (Julianne Kost for instance) there is such a new feature, but there isn´t. Why?

Dear all,I have a question regarding cropping an image with complex lines. The image is in a High Resolution PNG. The design needs to be printed on one side of an enamel mug. I tried cropping it using the Magic Wand tool via Help > Adobe Help > Remove Background, but this is not precise enough. The client does not have any image other than PNG or JPEG.I want to crop it using channels; can anyone give me a tip on how to do this as accurately as possible?I have attached the PNG as an attachment.

Something really strange is going on. My gradients look fine when I'm editing, but when I export, it's only showing the leftmost color. I've attached images.

I am writing to report an issue with the Adobe Photoshop Editor app on my Android device running HyperOS 3 (Android 16). Issue: When I add a new layer over the background, I am unable to properly transform (resize/move) the layer. The app shows delayed response, and in many cases, instead of transforming the layer, the layer menu opens unexpectedly. This disrupts the workflow and makes editing difficult. Device & Software Details: - Device: Poco x6 Pro 5g - OS: HyperOS 3 (Android 16 based)- App: Adobe Photoshop Editor (version 1.4.0.2252)  Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the app and create/open a project2. Add a new layer over the background3. Try to transform (resize/move) the layer4. Observe lag and incorrect behavior (layer menu opens instead) This appears to be a compatibility or performance issue with the current OS version.
