I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana 2) partner model in the Photoshop 2026 AI Assisted Editor (Beta) with Firefly. It worked normally yesterday (Sep 24) but stopped working today (Sep 25) and has been failing for several hours now. WHAT HAPPENSEvery generation attempt using Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana 2) fails with: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." (see attached screenshot) STEPS TO REPRODUCE1. Open AI Assisted Editor (Beta) with Firefly2. Upload a reference image3. Select model: Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana 2)4. Enter a prompt (e.g. vintage photo restoration prompt)5. Click Generate6. Result: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." - no image is produced WHAT I'VE ALREADY CHECKED / RULED OUT- Internet connection is stable- Generative credits are not the issue: 2,960 / 4,000 premium credits remaining (see screenshot), plan resets Oct 15, 2026- All OTHER models work correctly: Firefly Image 5, GPT Image 1.5/2, FLUX.1 Kontext, FLUX.2 pro - o

I tried AI Assisted in photoshop and I topped up with cerdits. It worked for me for 3 days and then all of a sudden I keep getting this error message. Tried all online solutions possible (logging in and out, clear cache, disabling firewall, reinstalling photoshop. Nothing works for me. Now I’m stuck with no refund or no where to use my credits. Also I’m a light painting photographer, stop saying i’m violating guide lines. I’m just trying to correct the lighting only.

I am running the latest Mac version of Photoshop (27.10) in MacOS Tahoe, yet every time I restart my computer I get a message that Intel apps will no longer be supported in MacOS27 Golden Gate and certain features of Photoshop 26 will no longer work in that version of the OS. Several months ago I reinstalled PS and was very careful to download the version for Apple CPUs.I don’t understand why I continue to get this message. I hope it is just useless crud left behind from previous installs of PS and will have no effect on my work. Please advise.Charlie

We have been using AI assistant withoutany issues and have 1700 credits left. This first happened when we tried to edit and image of President Abraham Lincoln. Research find that this may be prohibited and the program has not worked since that attempt. 

Every window or tab opens really zoomed out and barely visible like this. How do I make it just open normally?

This is what I pay for monthly. I need to get a new computer. If I download my creative suite onto my new computer will all of my info and photos still be in my Lightroom?

Today I opened Photoshop and tried to generate an image with Gemini. It starts but everytime it stops and there is a message that there is an error and that right now this action cannot be performed. I am not using english version of Photoshop so it’s hard to directly translate the message it gives me. I cannot also generate images using Flux. I have credits… that’s not the case. Up to now I was able to use gemini and firefly. I tried flux just once, just to see how it works.So my question is - what might have happened that both gemini and flux stopped working and what can I do about it? Is there some way to contact customer support? I have one-month subscription. Any help would be appreciated, Thank You.TK

I am working on a project and have ran into a couple of issues. See below:How to edit an old image to make it focused when it’s blurry? How to edit an image to remove a braid that is caught between a person’s glasses? I don’t want to move the braid because it will be obvious that something is missing. Just trying to make a clean edit. 

End all sessions does not work my Photoshop does not open because to many users logged in it says but I’m literally the only one logged in 🤦🏽‍♂️

Just today, when I was editing and exporting in Photoshop, the pop-up windows suddenly shrunk; making it a hassle to click on things. 

 Can't use premium credit and it shwoing in photoshop that 'We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request'

Locked out of photoshop, whenever i try to open the app i'm told i must sign out of a device to continue ( I only use one) then im told to resolve the issue on adobe.com, and the link provided does not work ( error the request could not be satisfied ). Can i please use the service i pay for.

Hi Adobe Team,I am experiencing a severe issue when using Adobe Bridge -> Tools -> Photoshop -> Image Processor to convert RAW files to JPEG (both when running an Action and when running it without any actions).The problem: Photoshop opens the RAW files but fails to purge the temporary cache from the physical hard drive (SSD) after closing each file. Instead of just saving the 10MB JPEG, it keeps allocating massive temporary virtual files on my physical disk storage (Scratch Disk). This ghost storage space is never released and keeps growing file after file, drastically reducing my available Mac storage in real-time. The only way to completely clear this space from my physical SSD and restore my hard drive capacity is to manually close Photoshop.This issue is completely halting my daily professional workflow.
