Not only photoshop, all of softwares by adobe.Many artists who using adobe products don't want to using & supporting generative ai at all.we have rights to opt-out from these things like generative ai tools in software, unwanted ads and nofitications.

Add the ability for us to pan around the canvas using the middle mouse button. It's more time saving to use it compared to going for the spacebar since your hand is already on the mouse. We have been asking for this feature for over 10 years. We shouldn't have to look for third party software or buy gaming mice with programable buttons to jerry rig something close enough at this point. Some people can't use normal/gaming mice anyways due to injury or disability so we're locked out of those options. Last I checked you have this canvas panning feature in After Effects. Why introduce super useful features, but keep them exclusive to only one of your apps? I've noticeed this so many times on different Adobe programs it's honestly annoying..

When using Object Selection Tool - Select people, would be nice to have possibility to select Entire head alongside Entire person. When you editing portraits, it is really unpractical to select all heads by all their single parts.

It would be great to have the ability to create and work with artboards in Photoshop on iPad. 

Photoshop currently lacks the ability to natively open multi-layer EXR files, typically only loading the combined "RGBA" layer and an Alpha channel.While Windows users have access to third-party plugins like Exr-IO, macOS users have no viable equivalent. Currently, my workflow requires me to open renders in Affinity Photo just to export them as PSDs for Photoshop.This constant switching is a massive productivity drain. While I prefer Photoshop’s toolset, Affinity’s native handling of multi-channel EXRs makes a strong case for moving my entire pipeline there.Request: Please implement native, multi-channel OpenEXR support that preserves layer names upon import.

The current "Recent Files" implementation in Photoshop and Illustrator follows a rigid "all-or-nothing" logic. Professional users need the ability to curate this list to maintain a focused, clean, and secure workspace. This isn't just about privacy; it's about removing "workflow noise"—files opened for quick edits, assets used once, or outdated versions that clutter the dashboard and slow down navigation.The Problem: Currently, the "Recent Files" list is a chronological log rather than a managed workspace. This leads to several issues: Workflow Clutter: Opening a dozen small assets for a quick task pushes important, long-term projects off the list. Version Control Confusion: Multiple iterations of the same file appear as identical thumbnails, leading to accidental openings of the wrong version. As some of you may know, when you try to select an anchor point in Photoshop, it sometimes either misses the click or doesn’t select at all, which can be really frustrating. I wish the anchor points could be scaled up in Photoshop, just like they can be in Illustrator. Please upvote my post so we can see this feature in Photoshop one day! 

Is there any way to enlarge the Bezier anchor points in this dialog?I find the size of the points awfully small: especially on a high-res display.I looked around for any options, along the line of those found in Illustrator Preferences (for anchoir points) to no avail?I understand one can "click" on the image to "move" the handles but that's less of an elegant solution.I have the same criticism for all Bezier tools in Photoshop... Too small for comfort.  InDesign is the worst... 

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2628101I am having an issue with displaying layer overlay, as I am working on a WIN10, PS CC machine, but I am based in Belgium (and using azerty keyboard) and therefor, I cannot reach the \ shortcut.  For me, that is ALT GR+<, which PS does not recognize.  It is driving me crazy! I have read articles and understand the menu shortcut is hidden (that is why I have just spent the last hour searching for it in vain, before I found this article). I have also had to change "change brush size" in order to use my wacom intuos pro tablet some years ago (from "[" or "{" and "]" or "}" to "(" and ")". Photoshop 2026, file > open as > camera raw disallows more than one file to be opened. yet bridge allows more than one jpg file opened as camera raw. Why ?is major pain when working on pics in photoshop. mmeans having to slow mo navigate to files when Pshop allows file explorer to immediately find the folder I was working on. there is NO REASON WHATSOEVER to deny us this ability in pshop. esp as its allowed us in bridge. been a major pain for many years,  

I have been working with Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro as well) for ~20 years. And over the last five it is a little curious to see so many updates to filters, generative tools, and advanced selection tools and almost literally nothing else. I like these changes and updates, don't get me wrong. But the basic workflow of the app feels positively archaic in 2025. A good example of a the kinds of circular and needlessly complicated routines PS still requires here: An example of a brutally segmented task that many people are familiar with below. It's something that sometimes I'll do from habit without thinking about. The Harmonize feature in the Photoshop Beta is great, but it would be more useful to be able to choose which element you want to harmonize. EG: I might want to Harmonize my background element to match the look of the foreground character or object instead of vice versa.

Similar to using shift to draw a straight line, a tool that lets you use any brush to draw along a perfect circle/curve like a stencil, while retaining texture/pressure settings of the brush in raster mode.

Photoshop 2025 - Bad Unit rulers in inches can't see the #s and the increments when changing the Interface color in prefernces. Terrible for printing and lining things up.  Also everytime I select a color it adds it to my swatches pallet I don't want this. I only want swatches to be added if I click New Swatch. I should not have to create a Group and name it. It used to be that if a color is added to the swatch pallet it is done by me when I hit new swatch and then I named it. Now every time I select new color its a swatch automatically terrible. FIX THE UNITS IN RULER - LINES ARE UNREADABLE AT ANY INTERFACE COLOR.  ALLOW USERS TO INCREASE THE FONT DISPLAY SIZE OF THE RULER NUMBERS.

I think it would be cool if they added an AI feature that let you change the time of when a photo was taken. Example: from day to night or from bright day to sunset. They can find a place to put all these features, like harmonize and generative fill etc. This feature is basically like the neural filters, maybe it already exist, but I feel like most of the neural filters dont work good enough. It would be nice if it was like a scrollwheel or time set thing. U just say 10pm and it makes the image 10pm… idk I just think it would be cool. 

Whenever I hop into Liquify and try to use the Forward Warp tool for a subtle change, I always have to make a significant stroke first before anything happens, which can throw off my vision. To deal with this I often use the smudge tool to make a subtle change, but obviously, it smudges my art. Ibis Paint and CSP have tools to make this all easier, why doesn't Photoshop?

We need to have the grids and the guides in Photoshop for iPad ! I can’t work without them. Thank you !

It'd be awesome to have the lock transparency feature on the iPad version of photoshop please! It makes adding shadows and highlights easier while drawing without going outside the area

Currently, creating precise masks from colour data often requires multiple steps — using channels, Apply Image, Selective Color, and Levels — which can be fiddly and unintuitive.My idea is an Advanced Masking Panel where users could: Select a source channel (RGB, Lab, or individual channels) Adjust hue range sliders to isolate specific colours Adjust luminance sliders to target highlights, midtones, or shadows Preview the mask live and refine it interactively before applying This would allow users to isolate very specific pixels — for example, only the brightest blue highlights in wave spray — without inadvertently selecting background elements. The workflow would remain non-destructive, visual, and much more accessible, reducing trial-and-error while retaining full creative control.It’s a small enhancement conceptually, but it could dramatical

Please add a way to preview a brush-line (brush tool when holding the shift key) like Clip Studio Paint does. It allows you to see where your brush will draw the line before you tap. See the attached image.

Please add an option for the brush and eraser tools to display both the brush tip shape and the tool icon simultaneously. This means showing the brush tip outline along with the brush tool icon (and also adding icons for other brush shapes, similar to the cursor settings in Krita and Clip Studio Paint). This would be extremely helpful for 2D designers when drawing line art, especially on 4K screens where the default small crosshair is tiring to the eyes and makes it difficult to locate the cursor.

Is there a way to align layers in photoshop on the iPad? Seems like there should be as it is impossible to Center anything.
