I Just purchased Friday No error message Printer settings are good I will check print driver but it is printing all other applications ok I am not sure what you mean by the canvas it shows on the computer like it is printing smaller than the 4x6. 3 3/4 by 5 1/4 Get Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>

They ARE BOTH SET AT 4X6 It is an HP printer which has printed 4X6 borderless from photo elements 15 with no problem. The prints are coming out 4 3/4 by 5 1/4 with borders. There appears to be no phone contact listen or email for adobe. Poor support.
