Are you talking about the package where they want £50 a month which works out at about $65 a month just to use lightroom classic? And all of the benefit so I can cancel the service when I would like to stop using it? What a steal! Do you realise a credit card is not a proof of ID?! Surely you have got this far in real life to understand that, when has anyone ask you to prove who you are with a credit card? If you bought anything and paid it off over the year, they would of wanted a passport or a scan of your birth cert..something a long those lines. I totally understand what your saying and I get your point but what I‘m trying to say is nothing is binding about it whatsoever. If I can cancel my credit card payements to adobe and leave the account dead what’s binding about that? Its not a direct debit set up with bank details, believe me I work selling mobile phones on credit every day of my life and I can tell you this is not a contract where anyone in the world is obliged to pay a termination fee ever. Why don’t adobe do a monthly rolling payment like every other service provider? Do you think it would be to mislead people into the samething I have. After the year sub  of £10 a month it’s works out the same price if I was to buy lightroom at £120 full price and they wanna charge me half the price of that because I wasn’t made fully aware I was signing a twelve month contracts. Yes but the problem is that it isn’t the same thing, you can‘t sign people up for a yearly subscription/contract or anything along those lines without a signature physically or electronically. If what your saying is true I could just cancel these payments with my bank and leave the account dead which you can’t do legally with a proper contract. just writing this if anyone needs the same help in the future. ... Yes but to make any contract legally binding you need to signature as proof you agree to make payments these payments for a year. I should of read into the terms and service a little more and I will do in the future, but I feel like adobe have made it so I didn’t know I was ‘signing‘ a years contract and then to asked me to pay for half a years contract that I wouldnt even be able to use as the account would then be cancelled is just a tad shady.
