When searching for the font Georgia Pro on Adobe using Creative Cloud, it provides a list of several dozen pages of fonts, none of which is Georgia Pro. How is this possible? I have tried “Georgia Pro”, Georgia Pro, even Georgia_pro and the results do not show. I have even clicked the suggested link to the font family Georgia Pro and it still will not show the results. I have installed Georgia Pro Light, but wanted the rest of the family. When I click the Install Family, it says that it’s done, but I still only see Georgia Pro Light and cannot access the rest of the font weights for Georgia Pro.Someone needs to look at the search feature on Creative Cloud. This seems like an obvious error. 

Hi all, I’m trying to reinstall Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 (Windows) from my Adobe account, where the product and serial number are still listed. During installation, I get the error:“The serial number you entered has been revoked. Hello,I am the lawful, registered owner of a perpetual license for Creative Suite 6. I have my original box, media, and serial number.My license is still showing as active on 4 old computers from hardware upgrades over the years. Those machines are no longer accessible, and their hard drives were wiped long ago, so I was unable to perform a deactivation. I am not currently using the software on any computer.I just spoke with a very helpful support agent via chat. They confirmed they could see the 4 active machines in their system, but they did not have the tools to reset the count themselves.The agent kindly created an escalation case for me to have the technical team look into it. My case number is ADB-42360599-H1Z9.I am posting here to follow up on this case. I am not asking for technical support for the CS6 software. Im on a new M5 max MacBook Pro (18/40) with 64GB of RAM and internet download speeds of 1GB. I’m only at 39% and it's been an hour. Is this normal? Doesn’t seem like a version that should be taking this long.

I deinstalled PSE 2023 on my Macbook and installed 2026 instead. I want to re-use PSE 2023 on another Macbook but getting the too many activations message. I can’t find a way around this as there is nothing to deactivate and no apparent support from Adobe. Bemused by how crap Adobe is from a support perspective.

I click on, for example, Photoshop when Creative Cloud has launched it goes through the opening process and then an Adobe message panel appeards stating ‘something went wrong’  Error 224.

At midnight on 14 February I got a pop up message asking me to buy CS6 or continue my 30 day trial, which will end tonight. I'm fully expecting my CS6 software to stop working at midnight tonight. Adobe chat line officials were of no help.

On my Mac book pro the premiere pro shortcut has recently disappeared after an update, its not in my dock, app launcher or on my desktop, but my other apps like after effects and photoshop are still there. The only way to access premiere pro now is going through creative cloud which is annoying.Is there a way to get the application shortcut back in my dock or on my desktop? I’ve tried dragging the app from creative cloud but that will not work

Cant download previous versions of Adobe apps. I lost everything. Windows 10 computer.I had Photoshop 2024 Now there is no previous version option in my CC only says system incompatible the 3 dots at the bottom only say manage plugins.Same problem with Premiere. Hi I’m trying to download an older version of Photoshop but I’m running into an issue.At my company, we use some mockup files that rely on the 3D feature that existed in Photoshop before the 2022 versions. We were able to use those files without problems before. However, we recently purchased a new computer and installed Photoshop again.When I checked the Adobe Creative Cloud app to install a previous version, it only shows versions going back to 2026, and I can’t find any versions earlier than that. Because of this, I’m unable to install a version that still supports the 3D features we need.Has anyone run into this issue before? Is there a way to access or download older versions like Photoshop 2021 or earlier through Creative Cloud, or any workaround for this?Thanks in advance!

I’ve been learning and using substance painter for portfolio work for the last 3 years now. I’ve now gotten to the point where I can potentially sell my assets (mesh+textures) to clients. Currently I have a student license which does not allow me to sell my assets commercially. I must upgrade to a commercial license to do so. Now my question is - Will re-exporting my textures from my existing projects (that were made with a student license) in substance painter with my new commercial license allow me to sell those textures commercially or do I need to alter them to make them legal?

Today I updated Creative Cloud Desktop and Photoshop from version 26 to 27. I've always had Photoshop 2021 installed on my computer over the years, as I need it for certain types of older files.I've never had any problems having both versions on my computer. I just kept one of them up to date. But today, after the updates I made, I don't know why, but my version of Photoshop 2021 has been deleted... This is the first time this has happened to me during an update.Is there a way for me to recover this specific version? Creative Cloud Desktop won't let me download versions older than 26.Thanks for the help.

One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator and we can no longer install it via Creative Cloud which now only goes back to version 22.1. Will you please provide us with the direct download of Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)? Thank you!

Seriennummer ist in meinem Adobe-Konto hinterlegt, und es handelt sich um eine regulär erworbene Lizenz. After creating a two-page card and save it as PDF or JPG, some digital assets disappear from the final project. I’ve attached the card and a digital asset is not saving onto the final product.
