Opzeggen lidmaatschap/product continue in een loep

Ik wil mijn lidmaatschap Creative Cloud voor teams (product Acrobat Pro) opzeggen, maar ik beland continue in een loep en wanneer ik daarna een chat of telefonisch assistente wil hebben, beland ik ook in een loep! Ik krijg mijn lidmaatschap niet opgezegd en ik word het echt beu!! continue zit ik er weer 1 jaar aan vast, welke link en volgorde in ook probeer, ik kom niet bij iemand uit om mijn lidmaatschap op te zeggen. Walgelijk hoe dit systeem in elkaar zit.

Ik kom ern nu pas achter dat er geen enkel contact is om mijn lidmaatschap op te zeggen!  Hoe moet ik

mijn abbo opzeggen? er is geen communicatie.

. ik ga ervan uit dat het bij deze geregeld is. hoogachtend, Tom de Vette

Idd f...king irritant . Dat mensen op deze wijze hun geld verdienen. In mijn geval ,

Ik ben erachter gekomen dat er geld van mijn rekening gehaald werd door adobe 

Nu schijnt er dus een lidmaadschap tot stand gebracht te zijn . ZOnder dat dit mijn bedoeling is geweest. Ben maar een simpele gast die niet al te veel weet van computers . Laat staan dat ik met dit verschrikkelijk programma moet werken . Nooit niks van begrepen. Wat ik wel begrijp is dat die smerige honden maandelijks geld van mijn rekening afhalen . Hoe kan ik dit in gods naam stopzetten . Te gek voor woorden absurd en behoorlijk mensontwaardig zoals deze lui te werkgaan . Kan iemand mijn vertellen hoe ik hier van af kom .

@Donleo26266433xf3o, if you did not start an adobe subscription trial (possibly inadvertently), contact your bank and let them know your credit card or bank account has been hacked.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

Ik wil en dacht dat ik al had opgezegd maar ze blijven me van alle kanten bestoken om te betalen,.. nooit iets mee gedaan maar wel maanden 25 euro betalen ggrrr
