Recently, we have come across a lot of users usually confused about a few Cancellation terms & conditions. 

We have listed below a few FAQs that will help you understand Adobe's terms & policies for subscription cancellation. 

Q1 How can I cancel my Creative Cloud subscription?

  • You can cancel your subscription through your account page or by contacting support

Q2 Can I temporarily suspend/cancel my subscription?

  • Unfortunately, there is no option to cancel or suspend a subscription temporarily

Q3 How do I renew the subscription? 

  • Your subscription renews automatically after the subscription ends

Q4 How can I turn off the auto-renewal for my subscription?

Q5 How do I get a full refund if I want to cancel my subscription?

Q6 What happens if I cancel after 14 days?

Q7 What happens to my Creative Cloud storage after cancellation?

  • After you cancel your Creative Cloud subscription, you no longer have access to your Creative Cloud applications, nor most of the services included in your paid Creative Cloud subscription

Q8 How to delete my Adobe account?

  • If you wish to permanently delete your Adobe account, make sure you don’t have an active subscription. You will also lose access to any files in the cloud.
