I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways this August 6 I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a schoolworks. At the same day, I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged, and i recieve an email of calcelling the 7 subscription. But this August 28 I look at my billing history on my Gcash account and see I have been charged 1,674.40 pesos. Apparently I have been getting charged AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund my subscription without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. I need that money tommorow for my school. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this. For some reason i cant post a question

Hello,About 12–13 days ago, I started a 7-day free trial of an Adobe plan (“Annual plan, paid monthly”). Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I’m unable to cancel the plan from my account settings because it says I need an active subscription — but I would like to avoid the payment being processed or the subscription being activated.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure no charges are made to my account?I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible. I also understand there is a 14-day refund policy, so if the payment has already gone through, I would appreciate your help in gett
Adobe keeps randomly resetting my password because it thinks I’m using two computers at once. This invariably happens on the weekend when I’m not even working. First, Adobe’s overly aggressive AI is wrong, and it’s super annoying as a customer that has been paying Adobe for 20 years. That is not how you build customer loyalty, as if Adobe cares about that. Today however their was a system wide issue with password reset emails not being sent out, so I spent my Monday morning doing absolutely nothing except complain about Adobe on Reddit. Adobe needs to stop this. Seriously. It is absolutely inexcusable to be so overly aggressive, treat your clients like pirates, and then not let them have access to their accounts again. Boo hiss. This is a rant, and yes, I’m super annoyed and angry with Adobe right now. I would use another company if Adobe wasn’t a monopoly. For the love of God, please Adobe, stop treating your paying customers like this. It’s worse than Comcast, the most hated company
DearI used Adobe’s free trial and cancelled it within 7 days in june. Now I see that I’ve been charged 36.29 euros for 3 months via PayPal. But when I checked my account on the Adobe website, I can see that I don’t have a subscription. So why have I been charged? I assume this is a mistake?
I need a full refund on my card, adobe recently deduct my money when the days I had remained 3 days which I have not been using it
I changed my plan after 3 months trial, but Adobe charged me twice. I realize they did not "change plan" like they show but they purchase another plan. So I have to cancel one. But all apps still locked after 3 weeks. How do I access all the apps I've purchased? Adobe, you need to compensate me for the time I was unable to use them.
Hi. I would like to know if I’m getting a refund. I got the trial for Substance 3D collection a few months back but only had time to use it once, when my trial was ending I went to cancel it and was offered 2 more months, I took them and only had time to use it with 2 weeks left but I noticed that I can’t even use the programs because the trial “expired” (so much for 2 months(???)) and it wouldn’t even let me cancel because of a “payment issue”.I tried to resolve the payment issue multiple times as well as re-adding my credit card which all seemed fine (I even got a confirmation from my banking app about the 0 charge) but the moment you refresh the page or anything like it, the payment issue reappears. It also stated that if the payment issue isn’t resolved the subscription will be auto canceled. Now I got charged for this month (so the payment issue was done on purpose by Adobe?) even though there was an apparent “payment issue”? I was able to cancel it and did so in less than 2 hours
I cannot find anywhere to get into contact with someone about requesting a refund for my Adobe subscription. Every time I look on their website it sends me to different articles saying the exact same things and I cannot find an email or number to contact to speak with. My issue is that I canceled my subscription a couple weeks ago, so I was shocked when I checked today and saw I still had a subscription running. When I went to cancel it AGAIN, I got charge $370.95. I really really really cannot afford this. Adobe has taken almost $500 from me this month alone, and its not even over yet! I did not know about the 14 day rule, I had definitely canceled my subscription earlier this month (and have email confirmation) so I don’t understand what the charge was today, and have not been receiving any emails from Adobe so I was completely blind to all of this still going on until today. Please help me, I just turned 19 and I really cannot afford this. This is severely impacting every aspect of m
I am currently subscribed to a monthly Lightroom subscription that is billed monthly. I want to cancel my subscription before the 14-day trial ends, but whenever I try to cancel it, I receive the error below. Can anyone help me with this, please?
I didn't receive my 4,000 credits for this month at all. My balance was set to 0 as soon as the new billing cycle started, without any allocation being added. Case ID: ADB-46834117-V9D3
I am extremely disappointed with Adobe’s cancellation policy. I cancelled my subscription, yet I was still charged a $158 cancellation fee. I find this incredibly frustrating and unfair. As a customer, I should have the freedom to decide whether I want to continue using a service or cancel it without being hit with such a large unexpected fee. It is very disappointing to feel like I am being penalized simply for choosing not to use the app anymore.Adobe should be more transparent about these charges and give customers a fair choice when cancelling their subscriptions. I hope Adobe seriously reconsider this policy and improve the cancellation experience for its customers.
My free trial was ending on 23 August 2026 and i cancelled my subscription on 22 August 2026, i even received a confirmation email. However im still being billed. Please help cancel this
I was charged $38.46 for an InDesign order (AB08311705601CUS) on Aug 5, 2026, and cancelled the subscription that same day, well within the 14 day refund window. I opened two support cases about this refund, ADB-46506397-K8M9 and ADB-46504440-R0N2. Both are now marked "Resolved" but no refund was ever issued. I checked my card statement through Aug 24 and there is no credit from Adobe anywhere on it. The virtual assistant chat says it does not see a pending refund and cannot escalate to a live agent. Can someone from Adobe staff please look into these two case numbers and process the refund? Thank you.
i can cancelled my subscription but still got billed can u give a refund pls
Momentan habe ich kein aktives Abo.Das Geld wird weiterhin abgebucht.Wie ist das möglich?
Proefabonnement doorgezet naar regulier abonnement, maar wil dat nu stoppen. En dat lukt niet.
I would like to cancel my subscription without a penalty. Please advice.
As others in this forum, I have been charged $4.99 and $19.99 monthly for products/services I never requested. I called customer service and first, they asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card to locate the charges. Once they did, they asked for the first 6 digits, which I refused to provide. This is a scam! Wonder how many customers Adobe is ripping off with unauthorized charges. I reported this to my bank as a scam and will proceed to further raise a claim. Embarrassing!
